Incredible experience in an amazing location. We did a trekking with amazing views to the Alps, and Aosta Valley. Camping in torgnon was simply great!

pleased to find this small ski station, fare prices, just to go skiing with children. A nice show park for children helps to keep them active on the snow if they are tired of skiing.

Skiing in Torgnon is nice because there isn't the crowd and the "stress" of the big ski stations. It is facing south, which can be an advantage (it is usually warm and not icy) and a disadvantage (snow melts early and the powder transforms fast). The food is great in almost all bars around the slopes and the services for the kids are just great! Easy slopes for them with tons of fun trails in the woods. A nice winter park and easy access to everything. The village itslef is not nice. There is no real "center" or the typical atmosphere of the little villages of Valle d'Aosta. Also the quality of hotels and restaurants is mediocre. Nevertheless it is a nice and happy place, and this is what counts.

Beautiful, almost always sunny, so typical. It's really nice place to stay with kids. It's also one the only place on earth where you can try downhill kick bike :)
No really, I tried and it's awesome. You rent it at the skilift and then you can make a very easy and nice downhill through the forest
I recommend

Lovely, just lovely! We have been here in December with the family, there was a lot of snow and the sight seen was beautiful. There are many "frazioni" small little part of Torgnon that are not near from the center so make sure to understand very well where your hotel is....especially if you do not have a car. Super anyway!

Great restaurants on the pistes! But don't tell anyone about this place, we want to keep this little bit of heaven just the way it is!

Really nice town if it is covered with snow! So pray fro snow! the food is great in any restaurant, so that is a plus if the snow is missing. But the ski slopes are great for beginners. Also the ski school teachers are great and the price is super fair for private lessons!

During a very windy day when Breuil-Cervinia was closed due to strong winds we went skiing in Torgnon. The ski system is based on three chairlifts and a cable car but it serves the ski area very well. The skiing is not to advanced but it consists of a couple of red runs just as well as some blue and green. There is a nice kids area and the place should be perfec for a family that wants to spend a few days skiing in Aosta. Skipass prices are pretty low compared to Cervinia as well.

We loved empty spaces and no queu for ski activities, but after ski is really to improve as find an open restaurant wasn' t so easy. Local tourist office opens for really short time and probably this doesn't help organize a great stay. It's easy to rent all kind of ski equipement and I highly reccomend 'Le verdze'" chalet as "foyer de ski", take an hot chocolate or have lunch/dinner in a quiet place surrounded by nature.
