Not a small ordinary information office. This is a largish old comfortable welcoming room in a historic building. The staff are lovely - friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, and obviously enjoy opening up Worcester for visitors and residents alike. There are so many leaflets of places to visit and learn about again for both tourists and residents. Make it one of your first stop off points for a wealth of ideas !

I visited the Tourist Information office to ask some questions about local attractions. Two very friendly and helpful Ladies working there who answered all my questions. A well stocked shop too with lots of space and light.

We were visiting Worcester on Sunday, we wanted a map of the city and a plan of the Elephant Trail, called into Tourist Information and were surprised to find that it doesn’t open on a Sunday! The city centre was really busy, lots of tourists about and Tourist Information is closed!! How daft is that.

Nice staff in the information centre. Got a cute gift for my husband who simply loves cats. Lots of materials in the centre to browse.

You can get a city map and be guided of where to go and a suggested route to follow. This proved to be very useful.

Worcester or Worcestershire, that's what I wanted to know. The ladies in the Tourist Information Centre say it's Worcestershire. Unfortunately you can't do a tour of the Lea and Perrins factory, where it's made, but it's still there and you can see the gates.
Helpful, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, Worcester Tourist Information Centre is housed in a splendid building a hundred or so yards up the High Street from the Elgar statue.

Popped in to pick up a local street map on our visit to Worcester and found the staff very helpful. Called in again a few days later to ask directions to local Asda store and again found everyone most helpful, they marked the location on our map and explained how to get there.
