My wife and I have been to escape rooms all around the world and did 12 while in Italy the last 2 weeks. This room was by far the worst we've ever encountered. I was impressed with their website reservation form as it was quite thorough but that was the end of my positive views. We arrived a little early to the location (where we were scheduled to do both of their rooms in English - per request form). Eventually someone came and unchained the door to the room (you were supposed to just enter with a code from email but codes don't usually undo chains). It is not his responsibility to speak English in general but when someone is paying for a game in English you'd think the GameMaster would at least be able to speak a little - nope. About 10 minutes late we finally started the game. It was a disappointment. Décor was more or less absent and was just a grey walled room with 2 different sets of metal drawers - all with combo locks on them. There were some pictures (and I suspect all drawers USED to have pics) indicating which puzzles opened which drawers but >50% had nothing on them. This meant randomly trying codes on locks until you got one to open. There was no story or theme to the room as most have..just here you are in a room full of locks. The flashlight wouldn't turn on... and since they couldn't hear you from the room all the waving and miming to the camera didn't result in help with the light. There was also a cell phone that was integral to completing the "puzzle".. which wouldn't actually turn on. This made it literally impossible to finish the puzzle. Some of the mechanisms in the second room didn't work at all either. GameMaster's clues were often too cryptic to even help us and usually were for puzzles we'd already solved. If you just can't leave Salerno without doing a puzzle room lock yourself in the hotel bathroom with a Sodoku or something. We were supposed to do the other room after, which we had reserved... but once we finished the first he told us the other doesn't even work. We paid 60E for our "Experience" - which was the most of any of the 12 rooms we did in Italy. Please avoid this place. I don't read Italian but trust the 2 English reviews... :(

I've played quite a few escape games and this one was the worst. The game was based solely on padlocks and codes (rather than any kind of technology) - there were so many padlocks and there was no link between what code went where - so time was wasted just trying codes and keys in multiple different boxes. When you pay €60 for two people you expect a lot more than just a room with some random objects and locked boxes.

Normally you have interaction with staff before the game but for this you just enter a code at the front door and then you go straight into the game. The member of staff didn't seem to know what code went with what when we asked afterwards for a couple that we couldn't link.

It is playable if you're English as it doesn't rely on any Italian to play the game which was good.

However overall it's not worth the money spent on doing the game.
