If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. Hugh selection of wine served in quirky Bohemian surroundings where the owners clearly realise if it’s not broken, don’t fix it.
Great decor and eclectic mix of authentic posters and art. Extremely chilled. Get in early if you want to sit inside.

Simply incredible. Waiting for a table at Emma? Stop in here for a couple glasses of wine and drink outside on the street.
The vibe here is impossible to put into words for late night. Come in and experience it yourself.

The only chic bar in the area. But you have to know what chic means. By the way, part of the charme is that you can bring your own food in the bar and drink their superbe wines. Considering that Roscioli bakery is just few steps away...

This place is run by two extremely keen wine buffs who turns the shop into a drinking spot which spills out onto the street. Very welcoming and a great place to watch Romans be all roman!

We were in Rome on vacation with another couple in July 2013. We made Piazza Navona our hub from which we ventured out on foot to explore the many cultural and culinary stops along narrow streets. We ran into Il Vinaietto (which was about a 10 minute walk from the Piazza) just prior to what we think was the Rome "happy hour." Locals were beginning to congregate in the doorway so we went in and checked it out. We were greeted immediately with a smile and a welcome and were offered a spot at the small serving bar where we tasted a couple samples before deciding on a glass for each of us. We made our way to a remote corner and found a small table with chairs amidst shelved walls full of different wines. From our table we enjoyed our wine while observing the locals interact. I would highly recommend this place to get a taste of the local atmosphere as well as a taste or tastes of some very good wine.

A wine bar, a wine shop, bring your own food and listen to reggae music - all in one small bar.
On the outside it looks like a shop selling wine, the bar is small, people spill over onto the street using car roofs as table tops for their wine and nibbles. When we were there, there was 2 staff. A very rushed bar woman and a DJ with a rasta hat playing reggae.
Great selection of wines. Our only regret is that we found the bar on our last night in Rome.

After work or late at night, this wine bar seems to cater for all types. Whats so nice about the place is every one seems to be enjoying themselves either sitting inside or standing up outside and using vehicle roofs as a bar to place their wine glasses on without being loud or noisy, just having good conversation over a couple of glasses of wine. The owners, Marco & Giancarlo, know wines inside out and it was a real pleasure visiting this bar on several occasions on our visit to Rome.

The perfect night started here after dinner! Lovely wine bar with an electric atmosphere that is extremely popular with locals (I think we were the only tourists). Wine by the glass, great prices, no menu so brush up on your Italian! We met three beautiful people in this bar who gave us two of our best (and most drunken) nights out in Rome. You will love this place if you enjoy wine and to meet new people. I will always have very special memories of this place!

I deeply hope that this place will not get famous.. NOT because it is bad but because it was tooooo Good to be ruin by tourists since it already has toooo much touristy places like bars and restaurants in Rome... I was a bit lost looking for this place and arrived around 7pm. The minuet i found it, I know that This is the place... It was Packed with Locals standing in front, drinking wines and having good times. There are only few tables inside but huge Wine shelf with a small counter where you will get to order you wine according to your prefer taste....But if you are not a Wine drinker, they have some Local Craft beers too! Price is vary but very reasonable base on what you order. The vibes seems to be mostly Regular with its very authentic atmosphere.

Excellent place, felt very local but at the same time welcoming to outsiders - not always the case in Rome.
They have some excellent Cesanese, if you want to try a local grape; and very fine options by the glass.
We felt fortunate for having stumbled across it, in an area where fancier/more expensive/less fun options abound. Drink well and support good people in the process, what's not to love?
