Modern, private ownership, comfortable, winner of many awards. The best stadium in Italy. perfect vison from all sectors, fans sit very close to the pitch. It would deserve a much stronger team to play in it.

Very nice stadium from the type of medium sized ones. The coloured seats make it quite unique. The stadium tour is really good, you get to places that are quite hided from the public and you can get a fine explanation.

My soccer-mad teenage son discovered the 2017/18 Serie A season was starting while we would be on holidays in Kranska Gora, and that a Udinese match would be within comfortable driving distance, so we agreed to go.

The stadium is on the outskirts of the city, and well signposted, certainly from the direction of our approach. There was no need to get involved in the traffic of an unfamiliar city, and there was an enormous, free car park right beside the stadium. We arrived an hour before the kick-off, and parking was still plentiful (getting out at the end required patience).

Recently re-developed, the stadium was modern, spotlessly clean, had a snack bar/bar with virtually no queue & reasonable prices, and plentiful toilets (I don't think I've ever said that about a stadium before!).

The atmosphere was superb - the fan club in the Curva Sud never stopped singing from start to finish, and all good humoured - supporting their own team rather than putting the others down. There were plenty of families and small children (lots of grandads and grandsons - very cute). I attended a premiership match in the UK once, and felt threatened and thought I would never get out of the stadium - this was much more gentlemanly - like my experience of a rugby or baseball game.

Tips: My son queued for 30 minutes in the team shop and could not get served, as queuing etiquette is a little different in Italy and he was steadfastly ignored, so we left empty-handed and bought instead from the plentiful vendor stalls outside the stadium.

We bought tickets a month in advance on a ticketing website, on the understanding that there were "1%" of tickets left, and paid almost €200. In fact there were about 25% of sets free, and many people were buying at the gate and the cost would have been closer to €60! Not the stadium's fault, but beware!

ID was needed by each of us (including teens) to buy tickets and to enter the stadium, with names printed on tickets.

Enjoy!

Very good, small football stadium. For a city like Udine stadium like this is a real gem, it is pleasure Watch games on it.

Distant location from city, although city police and carabinieri were kind enough to serve visiting supporters a busride to the stadium.

The stadium sold beer, too!

Stadium itself was a quite nice and the view from our block was terrific.

This place huge!

Came here for a concert. We had lawn tickets. This being home to a soccer team, they covered the field with plastic snap together flooring. There were over 10,000 at this venue for the concert yet the place didn't feel packed. Looking around you'd see a sea of people but I never felt constricted in space. The seating was regular stadium style seating and while I didn't sit I did have to pass it in order to get to the lawn. This place is great for concerts. The bathrooms are actually quite clean, large and plenty of them.

The food was not provided by the stadium but rather independent food truck vendors so I won't comment. The price for drinks inside the stadium as actually equal in price as other establishments in the area.

I attended the Udinese-SPAL game with the away fans, several of whom said that this is the best, or at least one of the best, stadiums in Italy.

Very compact (you feel very near the pitch) yet with excellent views from all four stands.

The stadium is extremely modern (rebuilt in 2016) and everything is impeccably organised (large car parks, refreshments, plenty of helpful stewards, etc.) including catering for away fans who have a separate car park.

If coming from outside Udine, the stadium & it's convenient parking is near the motorway exit. I took the train and then a match day shuttle bus from the station to the ground.

Very nice stadium, clean, organized, a bit out of town, but a great place to watch a game. Forza Napoli

We were in Udine and had a chance to see a "Serie A" game, so why not? We were recommended to go to the quieter seats in the Curva Sud to see the game against Chievo. We arrived at the stadium over an hour before the scheduled kick off and the place was buzzing. We needed to produce ID when buying the tickets (Driving Licence sufficed) and again when we entered the stadium as the tickets were printed with our names. I assume that this is to weed out known trouble makers and I wonder why concerts do not follow that lead to get rid of touts. Once inside, the stadium was clean, facilities were excellent and the atmosphere was great, helped by the noisy fanatical support in the Curva Nord who sang and danced throughout the match. The game started in a downpour with the floodlights on. we were sheltered from the elements though and it was comfortable for us. The game ended in bright sunshine and had almost everything - blind linesmen, poor refereeing decisions and it would have been perfect but for Udinese conceding too late goals to lose 2-1. Although the home support was disappointed, there was no sign of any unrest, maybe they are used to that happening? I can sympathise. We were 20 euros for a ticket. The beer and snacks in the bar area were reasonably priced. If I go back though, I'll try and get a seat at the back of Curva Nord, for the atmosphere.
