I heard the parking and other services are not free and that's slightly inconvenient for car owners. I, however, cam by tram and faced no difficulties into coming or leaving. It's huge with a whole bunch of amazing shops. Seriously, you can literally find anything you need there! There's so much variety of shops and food places and it's so clean.

I go to Docks every three weeks/every month maybe to go out for lunch with my friends. The Thai Cafe is very nice and the Greek restaurant Ergon has nice food but the staff isn't very friendly.
Some shops are nice but others like Michael Kors for example probably shouldn't be in this kind of shopping centre/area.

Clean and animated shopping center with few nice restaurants. However the parking is too expensive: €5,60 for 1h 50 min. Why not give a reduction for clients who consume in the restaurant ans shops?

So we were always going to this cinema until today. We won’t ever go there again and I think some other people to. We bought 2 tickets for Dune 2, as it was written at the web-site. The poster was also for the dune 2. When we came to the cinema hall, it turned out, that it was reissue of the first part. We went back to the web-site and now it was the same movie, that was going at the screen. So we and most of the people went out of the hall to the ticket desk. And all we were told that: “Yes, there were a mistake, but we won’t refund anything”. The manager basically told us, that: “Our mistake is your problem and we won’t refund you anything”. The student guys, who were working there said sorry and were trying their best, but they just couldn’t do anything. But the manager didn’t try to help at all, said that we and 70% of the audience couldn’t read and was constantly rude. When we said that we bought tickets before they fixed the error on the site, he said that now everything is fine on the site, so it doesn’t concern him.

The operating hours are far too restrictive, hence it's impossible for me to visit during the work week. I've been in Belgium for 6 months and have yet to find a shop open here, although the outer foyer normally is. This is hardly unique to Docks, however, as all other shopping malls in Belgium follow the exact same 10-7 schedule, but that doesn't make it any less absurd or inconvenient. How can retailers think it makes sense to be open only during the hours when almost all their potential customers are busy at work... and then, the instant they're available to go shopping, the shops close their doors? It's madness... but hey, that's Belgium for you!

Having visited different areas of the Docks Bruxsel shopping mall, I feel that I can write an honest review about the place! First of all, there is a manifest lack of English and Dutch speaking personnel in the shops. Every single one of the food places that we went to only had their menu in French. This is a bit unfortunate for a shopping mall that would like to cater to the Flemish speaking community as well as English speaking expats in Brussels. Communication is everything! Furthermore, when are shopping malls going to realize that they need to adapt their opening hours to that of working people, with extended opening hours late at night and during the weekend. Place is well connected though with the public transport, which is a plus!

Average shopping mall
Accessible by tram from downtown
All brands are actually available in downtown
Privilege is that you have them in close space
Nice to visit

Old industrial dock side architecture housing middle high brand shops like Zara and H&M. Nice enough shops, however for me the most interesting place was the Guapa smoothie bar :) I think a food hall would suit more to a place like this. Nice direct link with trams 3 and 7.

Nothing new, nothing exciting, contrary to what the advertisement campaign had promised! First of all, given its location, away from the center and from densely populated neighborhoods, I expected the mall to be a very large one, offering a very large quantity of shops and services, worth the visit. It was none of it. Rather few shops, few eating places. Secondly, I expected something new, attractive, unusual. I found the place-except for the movie hall- rather common. Modern but not special. I visited on a cold day. The place was freezing, with drafts all around. I ended up with a cold. But the worst surprise was certainly the parking cost!!! A fortune!
