A lovely 2 hour cruise just for our family of 6, through Dubai marina out along to The Atlantis hotel. Great views, towels and soft drinks provided, we took some beers etc Friendly skipper and his mate, took photo’s for us and gave us tit bits of information. Really nice cruiser.

This was my favorite part of my birthday trip. The cruise staff was soooo accomodating! They reached out to us ahead of time to make sure we had everything. We brought alcohol and food to grill. There was a master bedroom at the bottom of the yacht! We played our own music, got to jump into the gulf, and take plenty of pictures. We cruised for about 4hrs and it was so much fun. Our captain even let us steer the boat for a little bit.

Had a wonderful boat trip. Great service. Comfortable boat. Very relaxing with beautiful scenery and something special to remember Dubai. Highly recommended.

Not recommended at all. Their staff in the reception is not professional. They accepted a booking that will end at 3:10pm and our booking is at 3:00pm. They did not get a chance to clean and sanitize the boat because they were all rushing. Washroom and the room is too messy and not working properly. We started late so we did not get a chance to swim. The manager, Fernanda is very unprofessional. My wife informed her about the issues but she just laughed about it and she was trying to defend instead of solving the issues. Very unprofessional. There is a lot of other yacht charters around. Do not waste your time and money here.

It was a smooth transaction during the booking process. Antonio attended to all our concerns. On the day itself, however, was very stressful. Their representative on their booth was very disrespectful. We booked 10 days prior the event. We were not expecting to have the boat one hour prior our schedule but it was inappropriate to accept a booking that would finish at 3:10pm since we were booked to sail at 3:00pm. They committed that they would help with the decorations and asked us to arrive 15mins earlier, so we were expecting that we would start decorating and loading the items 15mins prior the cruise time but we were not able to do that. We also asked for trolleys for our items, but again, we were ignored by the team and we carried our items all by ourselves without any help from any of the staff. When we started loading our things at 3:10pm, the boat was a mess. One washroom had issues and trashes from the previous guests were still there. The rooms were also dirty. All staff were rushing, it was a lot of hassle, they did not even get a chance for a proper clean up and the boat was not sanitized. What was more disappointing was right after I informed the manager, Fernanda, personally about these issues, she got defensive and did not even apologize. I saw her talk to her team and they just started laughing, which gave us a conclusion that Fernanda did not even acknowledge our frustration, that they are used to complaints and they are not taking them seriously. We started sailing late so the kids did not get a chance to swim. The crew on board, Victor, was kind and cheerful, but the stress and frustration that the other staff and the manager herself were too much. I sent the manager my thoughts via WhatsApp the morning after the event. She read the messages but there was no apology nor response the whole day. She did not reach out until I posted my review online. Instead of just apologizing, she still insisted on her staff’s false statements. Very unreliable and unprofessional. So disappointing!

It wasn't totally what we expected or similar to our other experiences yachting. The best part was seeing Dubai from the water and taking great pictures of the wonderful architecture. Additionally, the captain and attendant were professional and polite.

The yacht was booked without proper time to clean between cruises (the interior/exterior) AT NO FAULT of the attendant. The signage wasn't prominent to get to check-in for the cruise.

Horrible service from staff side.
Cut my trip for 40 mins, instead of paid 4 hrs, sailed only 3 hrs and 20 mins.
Some part of drinks disappeared.
Skipper cut nails in front of other guests and not following simple sanitations rules.
Manager not cooperative at all and only ignore phone calls.
Boat is dirty and no safe for family trips as simple SOLAS regulations not followed in Marina area.
Not recommend them for sure. There are many better options for Yacht charterer.

Unfortunately when people arrive late we sometimes are not able to adjust your time as we have another booking after yours and people expect to have their booking on time.
