My wife and I (and our friends) did the 4-5 hour tour of Roatan on our recent cruise stop... aboard the Royal Caribbean Symphony of the Seas. Our tour guide, Victoria Bennett was simply amazing? Full of information about the island, flexible on our schedule, cheerful/nice and pretty cute too! She took us to the chocolate and rum factories, two beaches and a nice lookout/market. She allowed us the flexibility to stay longer in our last stop as we were really enjoying ourselves. I highly recommend Victoria if you go to Roatan (ask for her) and I think you are lucky to have her. Give the lady a raise! What a great representative of Honduras!

We were 2 couples traveling on the Riviera Cruise Ship and when docked in Honduras we took the Chocolate and Rum tour with Jobbie. He was terrific, courteous and funny! We learned so much on our tour and hated to have to return to the ship. He made everything so interesting. JOBBIE IS THE BEST!!

We booked very very short notice the freestyle tour (one day before!). 4 adults and 1 baby - everything went smoothly. Guide spoke English very well, driver was very friendly and arranged a discount for an eco park. They explained a lot about the island and made suggestions, but also engaged 100% in our wishes. We would 100% recommend them.

We booked the beach and jungle horseback riding and it did not disappoint! First off, the booking was so easy. We booked it online while laying in bed winding what to do at port the next day. Ease of booking was too good! Next, the excursion itself was honestly one of the best we’ve been on. They went the extra mile to make sure we got a good taste of Roatan by taking us to an authentic gift market where we bought from locals, not the port. Durian was amazingly kind and generous with his time and didn’t make us feel rushed or anything like we have with other excursions with other companies. They kept the ships departure time in mind and made sure we saw all that we could with ample time to get back onboard! 5 starts for Durian and the crew and will definitely be booking with RTT again when we come back to Roatan.

As a traveler, I planned to spend money. However I don't like to spend money and get crappy things back. We are a 27 person group and Steve served us during our Christmas tour. He gave us not only a very fair price but also an impressive tour of his home city. I am thrilled by his honesty and fair business. There is no hidden fees or sale traps, all but truthful information and nice service. Of course, we snorkeled at world class beach and enjoyed a nice afternoon as we wanted. I think I got more than I expected. If there is a chance, I will visit Roatan Island again, see Steve, bring some soccer shoes for the kids he supports and have more fun.

I went to Honduras as a port on the cruise I was on, and visiting Roatan was literally the most amazing time I had the whole entire week. We went zip lining, and it was so beautiful to look at the island from the hills. But the part that I had the most fun at was when our tour guide took us to a children's foundation he was apart of. We only spent ten minutes there, but I wouldn't trade them for anything. I completely one hundred percent recommend these tours, and if you do end up doing them, Steve Bush is passionate at what he does and has so much to share about the island.

My company, Card Player Cruises, worked with Steve Bush of RTandT once again to get 100 of our customers on a day trip in Roatan. He was very organized and on time. Steve arranged for four buses, two vans, and two private cars and each had a great driver and tour guide. My bus' tour guide was Joshua Bush. Joshua is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his country. He is professional and goes out of his way to encourage and answer all questions. I love Roatan Trips and Tours. We have used them for our large groups on multiple occasions and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a well-run, well-priced tour in Roatan.

As I planned for our 20th anniversary cruise on September 16th. I decided to try to surprise my wonderful wife with a vow renewal ceremony. I contacted many tour companies and some of them actually took weeks to respond. Steve responded in minutes after the first email and said No Problem. As the weeks past he responded to my many questions and made me feel comfortable about our tour. When we arrived on the island we walked from the cruise port to the waiting area and another tour operator handed me a phone and Steve let me know exact details of our day. His brother Jonathan picked us up and we started touring the island. Jonathan was very friendly and answered alot of questions about the island. at one of the stops he pulled me aside and gave me some ideas of where to ask Tina to marry me again. I chose a spot at a resort with a beautiful walk bridge and palm trees. Jonathan disappeared for a few minutes and gave us time alone for this. (Luckily she said yes). We then continued our tour of the island and stopped and saw monkeys and iguanas and stopped several places for pictures. After touring, we went to a beautiful church in their neighborhood. Steve and his whole family were there. They had the church decorated. The preacher welcomed us as we walked in and led us to the front of the church. The ceremony was done in Spanish and Steve translated. I'm not sure this was necessary as the Preacher prayed with us. I could almost feel what the preacher was saying. The Ceremony was taken very seriously and he explained what marriage and the vows meant. After the ceremony the preachers wife had made us a 3 milk cake that was amazing. Probably the best thing I ate on the whole trip. While we ate I got to talk with Steve and his sons. We met his wife and talked to the preacher and his wife. They just kind of took us into their family. Before we left they presented us with a certificate of our vow renewal. Jonathan then took us to a couple of beaches and back to the ship. We could have done more but we were both overwhelmed and exhausted from our experience. That little church, Steve and his family will always have a place in our heart. This was much more than a tour. This was an experience of a lifetime. This was our 10th cruise and we never experienced anything like this. All I can say is Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!!

We have been to Roatan previously and for the first time we decided to book a tour outside the cruise excursions. Through the Roatan Private Trips and Tour website we messaged with Steve Bush prior to arrival. He helped us select the best day long adventure for our group of 6 (grandparents, parents, and two children 8 and 10 years). This was by far the highlight of our cruise. Steve met us outside the cruise terminal clearly identified with a sign, he was prepared for our arrival by name, and quickly got us off on our day trip to beat the other cruise excursions out of port. We did the extreme zip line (by far better than the cruise line's version), met with Monkeys nearby for some pictures and handling, had lunch prepared by Steve's mother and wife that was delicious, venturing to shop from the locals, sightseeing at a vista for pictures, and a nice visit to the beach. You NEVER would accomplish all of this unless your tour is private and away from the others on a cruise excursion. The price will be BETTER than a cruise excursion. The BEST is your visit will support a man, Steve Bush, who is remarkably bringing change for children via his soccer and faith based mission. With the money you save by taking this highlight tour, give back to this important mission and you will leave humbled how your money went to a CAUSE as opposed to a cruise line.
