We were so pleased to have done this tour. Shana was a truly wonderful guide and told us all the gripping stories associated with Rose Hall. Possibly because we went at midday (a quiet time) we were fortunate enough to be given a private tour which made it very special. We were absolutely fascinated by the rich history, not only of Rose Hall but also of the wider area as well as the brutal slave trade, the plantations and Great Houses, and of Jamaican culture. We learnt SO much. We left with a lot to reflect on and talk about. Don't just sit on the beach, GO TO ROSE HALL!

Lovely setting in what might have been a sugar mill next to the great house, full of locals, no tourists to speak of, the device was good, and the food excellent. Could be improved by having local juices and less use of imported syrups in drinks, so basically the kitchens great, the bar so so…

Stop here on the way to Negril from Montego Bay and was well worth it. This is definitely a world heritage site that's very well preserved with a great view across the water. Impressive window wall with the original canons make this a good stop, especially if you're a history buff.

Falmouth is a small town filled with lots of rich history. When a cruise ship is in port, you can find the courthouse open and available to take a peek inside. The building is in great considering the elements it has withstood over the years.
