Prices looked acceptable for me. Personnel was kind of busy, even though there were not so many people, so we had to wait like 10 minutes for someone to come to us, but eventually they did reccoment a good vine for a good price, the guy was very friendly.
The place is near Vatican and Castle di Angelo, you can also eat here.

A few friends and I recently stumbled across Enoteca Trucchi on an afternoon in Rome. We stayed for almost an hour, visiting with Stefania and learning about various wines of Italy. We picked up a very reasonably priced Barolo to remember the trip. Stefania was knowledgable and welcoming.

Good wine bar with a cosy atmosphere inside; also outdoor tables. An array of local wines by the glass and bottle as well as other drinks. Also some food items. Service good enough. Competitive prices.

It was a real pleasure having Maurizio as our guide. He introduced us to a part of Rome we had not yet seen. Getting to see the Trionfale area gave us a glimpse of local life. He walked us through an amazing market and showed us interesting and historical sites in the neighborhood. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and eager to answer all our questions and accomodate all our requests. We wholeheartedly recommend him to English speaking travellers.
