Incredibly beautiful, yet extremely crowded. A lot very high-fashioned people haha. Still, a must-see on your trip to Milano.

Plenty to see and do here and you can walk through it without a ticket and still see the amazing squares inside. Fascinating history and really well maintained.

The exterior of this church is rather plain, and you would not know the true beauty of its interior unless you have done some research. However, the interior is spectacular. Dozens of beautiful paintings of Biblical events such as Noah’s Ark, etc. It is absolutely incredible inside, and I would definitely recommend you visit, as it is free to enter and not very busy when we went

The Navigli area of Milan is vibrant. It is a canal surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes. There are foot bridges to get from one side to the other. It is very pretty and fun.

A good place to go for some peace in a busy city. It's a really beautiful cemetery that is well maintained. Perfect for an early morning walk before going back into the city centre before breakfast.

Stunning yet unassuming building with some hidden gems. It looks like an old church - but you don't realise how old until you explore the details. The gold-leaf covered ceiling dates to the 5th century. There are several well-preserved relics on display.

This is not your normal church and it’s really interesting to see. There’s an almost irreverent and fun element to the church choir. See for yourself!

Nice area in Milan, Italy to eat, shop, and look around. Well lit at night and early in the morning, so it’s a good place to take a walk or jog or enjoy the well maintained scenery.

Napoleon commissioned this Arch in recognition of his conquests. Sadly, he didn’t see it finished. Today it is a reminder of days gone by and is a good photo opportunity. The archway doesn’t look out of place and reflects how things were celebrated in the past.

This tour is a hidden gem in the heart of Milan! Andrea was our guide and we had a great time! He's very passionate and has an amazing knowledge, we learned so much during this tour. He's a wonderful storyteller and we had much pleasure listening to him. This tour is free which is a rare privilege considering the prices of other visits/tours nowadays. We're very grateful for Andrea's commitment and would definitely recommend this visit of the teatro romano!

Bosco Verticale, literally translated as Vertical Forest, is a complex of 2 residential skyscrapers with its distinctive feature of more than 2,000 species of trees and tall shrubs dressing its entire facade. In a world where climate change is becoming a pressing issue, such building will certainly please the climate advocates. This beautiful award-winning building is off-limit to the general public, so we can only admire its structure and take some photos. It is clearly visible from the Biblioteca degli Alberi park in the urban rejuvenated district of Porta Nuova, which is an ideal spot for your photo opportunity.

This church/monastery is outside of the city centre and requires a bus journey of around 15 minutes. Unfortunately the monastery part of the building was not open but the journey was worthwhile as the exterior of the church had wonderful domes, steeples and pillars which were charming. The inside is breathtaking with murals all over the walls and ceiling along with a magnificent alter.

The main church is very pretty, but quite ordinary for Italian Churches. However, if you go through a small corridor to the right of the entrance, you will enter a small ossuary. This place was incredibly unique and stunningly macabre. It was one of most unique churches I have ever seen. The basilica, like many Italian churches, was stunning.
