Not that much to do, friendly staff. Highly over-priced. Great parking though. Hardly any moving trains go past. The miniature train sadly closed.

A friend gave me a leaflet about the Chapel and as we were caravanning very near we decided to visit it. It isn't very big but definitely worth calling in if you are in the area. We were welcomed and told some facts about the Chapel and given a leaflet with a lot of information. The first chapel which was built in 1828 ended up being too small and was extended in 1832. The museum occupies the former Sunday School room. You can learn all about Primitive Methodism and there is information about Hugh Bourne a joint founder of it. There is also an organ and an old printing press and various other items and you can climb stairs to the gallery which is interesting to have a look at. There is also a small garden to have a wander round. There was a service starting while we were there and we were invited to stay for it, although we aren't methodists so that was interesting. It is free with a donation box.

Visited this stadium as an away supporter and we had the Ice Cream Van stand. The stand is not very deep and there are a number of supporting pillars, so the viewing experience can vary depending on where you are standing/sitting. The catering facilities and toilets are very inadequate for the amount of fans the stand holds, not the best experience.
I would normally include some photos, but the battery died on my phone.

We came here with my son and little grandson, who thoroughly enjoyed himself. So much to do, very clean and tidy and a nice cafe for snacks and drinks while the little ones play.

We had a day in Crewe before our canal boat trip so we walked into town from the station to explore - Crewe it self is a typical town where we found lots of things to keep us interested - this War Memorial to those form Crewe who lost their lives held a special place in the square were the flowers seemed to be just coming out.
Interesting in that it shows a statue of Britannia with the name panels around her.
