- HeatherLeicestershire, UK35 contributionsSimply breathtakingly beautiful! A must if you visit Gloucester. Such a shame the city centre is a rundown filthy hole though.Written March 16, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GPTLebuDroitwich, UK1,389 contributionsWe visited on the second Wednesday in February. Was of particular interest to our eldest Grandson as he had recently been doing a school project on Tudor Houses. Great and informative welcome from gentleman appropriately dressed for period. Admission was free but we made donations. A lot of history packed in here and grandkids really liked this place and certainly want to return.Written February 17, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - colinmillettWorcester, UK7 contributionsA wonderful visit in every respect. Extremely helpful shop staff. Fantastic Worcester porcelain to view in all three galleries. We stayed and 'painted a pot 'in the museum galleries .Very enjoyable. Would thoroughly recommend it as a 'must visit' to anyone visiting the city of Worcester.Written December 21, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Voyager381655019802 contributionsI’ve visited Worcester Woods Country Park many times. Always a pleasant walk round the woods. Free parking, well maintained paths and a well thought out children’s play area. I sort of agree with some of the negative comments about the cafe. In a way it’s a victim of its own success. The place gets incredibly busy at times and the kitchen at the back, together with the service counter, are very small for the number of customers that have to be to catered for. I think the staff do a good job under pretty pressured conditions. I’m always pleasant to them. The long wait for service isn’t always their fault. I know it will never happen but the cafe really needs to be completely rebuilt and doubled in size with a sizeable kitchen.Written February 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mike C16 contributionsLovely park and well maintained. Thr splashpark was bust but really accessible and allowed access for those with additional needs. Bright and colourful, my daughter loved moving around between the different water features. The toilets are close by and there is a booth that provides drinks and ice creams that accepted cash and card, reasonably priced too. Lots of seating area around the splashpark, lovely flowerbeds and nit far from the pump house which provides snacks and a wider variety of drinks. The whole park is wheelchair accessible too. From the reactions if the people that were there from all demographics, it was pleasing to see that it is a much loved place. There wasn't any litter around either which was lovely to see.Written June 24, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Such an interesting tour, Adrian was very engaging, full of fascinating information about the history, architecture and social history of Croome. The grounds are very beautiful with some lovely walks and a visit the the RAF museum is a must.Written February 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Not a huge museum but a pleasant walk round.Written February 13, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We set off on the purple trail which is the longest walk and includes some amazing views of the surrounding countryside. There’s a number of benches along the route and we chose to have a picnic in the woods. There are a number of steep climbs along the way which make for some required stops for breath, we had a lovely time though finishing off with an ice cream as a treat.Written April 10, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - WheresmebusNantwich, UK299 contributionsPoked my nose inside whilst visiting a craft fair here, seeing as there were signs saying that some rooms were open to view. Had the place to myself. Astonishing ceilings and – gosh, the actual city council chamber! Well worth taking a few minutes to look around this, and absolutely free. Not all rooms are available to enter though.Written November 15, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
