Front Desk Staff Excellent, location is excellent and it’s a very impressive looking hotel. Parking on the street was advised against but thankfully we had no problem, under ground onsite parking didn’t suit our vehicle. Menu for bar food wasn’t to our taste, excellent wine selection. Great outside pool. Rooms were good Overall, we liked it and would stay again

What a lovely hotel. Could not ask for more, the staff were very accommodating and attentive. The rooms were immaculate also. Some hotels could really learn from them. Well done Litta Palace... you are a hotel that deserves a Best Hotel of the year from Trip Advisor. I will definitely be returning.

We stayed there for one night. We have choosen this hotel because we travelled by car and wanted to stay the night there to continue our trip to Italy the next day. Hotel and rooms are very nice and clean, staff too. The hotel is a bit outside town, this was the reason for our choice, on their website we could read they have a pool, nice rooms, a parking and a restaurant where we wanted to have dinner after a day in our car. BUT: Restaurant was closed! (They said during summer season ?????). This was not mentioned anywhere on the homepage nor during our booking. So we (very tired after our day on the streets) hat to go to town to eat--- this was exactly the thing we did NOT want to do after a long day. So: I would always go back to this hotel. But be aware you are in the middle of nowhere and if you want to eat in a restaurant you better choose a hotel in Milan.

Nice hotel but unfortunately the staff were very unhelpful when trying to locate my misplaced sunglasses during my stay. Did absolutely nothing to help me. Very poor indeed. The restaurant staff on the other hand are very good, wish I could say the same for the hotel reception who appear to treat guests like they are an annoyance. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

On a trans Alps rod trip we needed a place to overnight near Milan. This is a new modern property with excellent facilities. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool and also had an excellent evening meal in the outdoor restaurant. Parking is in a basement under the hotel with large car spaces and lif access from here to all floors. (EURO 10 extra for the underground parking) but was worth it. We paid a modest amount extra (Euro 25?) for a junior suite and this was definitely worth it (larger room and Waterjet large bath tub). I would certainly stay here again if in the area.

The room, bed and breakfast were stunning !!! At your first night back in Italy when the weather is nice you want to eat outside, and not the 3 of you alone in the restaurant because the waiter is to lasy to put an extra table outside !!! This was soooooooooooo shocking for us that we won't be back next year.

We stayed six nights. Most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is renovated and comfortable. The pool area is outstanding. The rooms are renovated and the bathrooms are very clean. The location is far from everything and you'll be paying tolls wherever you need to go (even just short distances). This is not the hotel's fault, of course. It's just how roads work in this part of Milan. The problem with this hotel is that it practically has no Wifi and no A/C in the room. Those are VERY BIG items to miss in 2021 for a property of this type. The A/C in the room "technically" exists but it is at absolute minimum levels and the rooms have big windows facing the sun. On a hot summer day, the room will fry you like an egg and reach insane temperatures. The A/C will do absolutely nothing for you. You won't even feel it. We mentioned this problem several times and tech came to the room but nothing changed. The receptionist confirmed this was a problem in all rooms with windows. The WiFi was a huge disappointment. First, there is absolutely no WiFi in the common areas. In the room, the speed averaged 1-3 Mb download and 0.5 Mb upload. I couldn't join any of my Zoom meetings and I couldn't do anything online at all. The first day I mentioned the WiFi problem, the staff made me sound like I was crazy. They claimed to have stellar WiFi. The second day, same problem, I checked with them again and they blamed it "on last night's storm." The third day, same problem, they said it was "the operator." By the fourth day I had asked several guests and staff and all of them said they couldn't connect. I approached the front desk again and they finally came clean: "Yes, indeed we do have WiFi problems in this hotel." I felt somewhat redeemed because the first day they made me sound like I was making it up. WiFi was practically non existent at this property and there was no ethernet cable option either. Bottom line is the property and most of the staff is excellent. However, if you're coming in the summer heat and/or need internet, I recommend you stay elsewhere.
