Nice traditional rooms and excellent traditional restaurant with wide offer of Bock estate wines from Villany. Well located close to vineyards and pleasent small spa. Large private function room for +100 quests provide an excellent condition for B2B events. The breaakfast was a bit of disapointment although some local ingredients were served. Renovation and other quests noices during the stay also reduced comfort.

We spent a weekend there. Our room was well designed and clean. The breakfast was great and various. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is private parking for the guests.

Very polite and kind service. Delicious food, and wine for sure. Recommended for every occasion. We were here for wine tasting, it was amazing. The waitress was very attentive. Don’t forget to book a place before you come here. It is full for most of the times.

My sister and I spend 1-2 nights here every year. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are helpful and nice. The restaurant offers great meals, however it needs some more variety. We always drink min. 5 different wines for tasting and eat cheese after dinner. Breakast is great. I cannot imagine a year without spending sister-time there, relaxing in the pool, sweating in the sauna, refilling the batteries and drinking amazing wines. It’s a must!

We haven’t stayed here yet, though tried but it gets pretty booked up in advance. We however visited for some of their finest wines and cheese, twice. Great wine selection and guaranteed to be good. Favourite place in Villany, don’t miss it!

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment near the small but lovely pond at the back of the main building. It was a delightful night, serenaded by the frogs,-- what a beautiful surprise after living in big city!!!!--- The staff should be congratulated as the service was excellent. Well, the wines are outstanding as we all know. But the food was the biggest surprise . It was the best food we had ever and I am not exaggerating, perfectly cooked and perfectly served up. Let's say better than the "Michelin star" restaurant we visited here and other countries. Can hardly wait to go back again! Five star to the Chef!! And thank you for the Staff.

This is a very good hotel. We visited it for the second time recently. The breakfast is exceptionally good. The service is great. The free tour of the wine cellars is spectactular. The restaurant and of course the wine are first class. The prices are reasonable. But we would have expected better mattrasses in such a fine hotel. And if something could be done about the smell from the kitchen when opening the windows of the rooms (we had rooms 5 and 6) that would be great too.

We had the 10 wine tasting with our lunch. The food was good but the wine was brilliant. Their Bordeaux blends were fantastic. I would def recommend red wine lovers to go for the 10 wine tasting. Our waiter was well versed in the wines and very informative. Great trip.

Stayed here for 3 nights in September. We stayed in the Private residence down from the hotel-just a 5 minute walk. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. Wifi connection was very good. TV only Hungarian or German channels but didn't bother us as we don't watch TV anyway. The staff were very helpful and polite, they speak a little English-certainly better than our Magyar! The spa area is lovely, small pool-not big enough for a proper swim-but good sauna/steam room/IR/jacuzzi. The breakfast was fine, machine coffee which was OK, but a good selection of quality bread/cheeses/salami and you could have bacon and eggs cooked (they call it ham and eggs) which my husband had and said it was delicious. Also, croissant and jams were available. The food in the restaurant was really wonderful. Every dish has a recommended wine with it and they were so good-prefect matches as you would expect! I had the best steak meal I have ever had-see the photo-my mouth waters just thinking about it. Highly recommend it here.

We’ve been staying here one night and also visited the cellars. Amazing place to eat, drink, stay and relax. Beautiful buildings and very kind staff. Recommended for everyone, couples, families and elderly. Definitely a must if you like red wine!
