I have only superlatives to share about this place. It's really pretty, it's very clean, Romina was invariably nice, welcoming and accommodating, it's so cosy and comfortable it feels more like you're visiting a friend, rather than a hotel (the musical massage shower is a very nice touch!), and has a killer location. Add to that no advanced payment for your visit, and free cancelation at any point, and I can see no point looking for another hotel in Bologna ever again.

Near the train station. Clean, safe, simple. Breakfast entitles you to a coffee and a croissant across the street (small but delicious). If you're arriving at a very late hour you may want to make enquiries about check-in procedure as it's only accessible via an elevator. A note about Bologna generally: we intended it as little more than a waypoint along the Italian tourist trail. But it's well worth a longer visit. Very few tourists, and thus a long way from the crass commercialism of Venice. Some absolutely fantastic restaurants at readable prices. And a nice business district where you can watch everyday people go about there everyday lives. We really enjoyed it.

If you are looking for affordable accommodation near the station, this is a good place to stay. Comfortable room, bedroom and bathroom with good cleaning. Breakfast is served in a café on the street behind and the accommodation is on a street that crosses the station square where the airport bus stops. Management is helpful.

We stayed only for one night passing through bologna, the b &b is super close to the train statiom (3 minute walk). I can see how it could be hard to find but we found it okay based on the other review. When you get to the front door the b&b is labelled on the buzzer, we were able to talk to ana right away (she spoke a little English enough for us to communicate simply). The b&b is on the THIRD floor (if u take elevator). Ana lives in the same unit. The room was very nice, clean and shower is awesome!!. The only draw back for me was that the internet didn't work (but probably a one off thing). we didnt want to knock on her door at 11pm at night to fix the internet (which would be different at a hotel). There is no fridge in the room just in case if u bring food back. Also check out is at 10 am. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

I had an excellent stay here from Oct 10th to 13th. The location which next to the train station is very convenient. The B&B is managed by Anna, a very nice and accommodating lady. She doesn't speak English but her brother Adrian does and is helpful. The B&B is new and immaculately clean. It is about 10 to 15 mins walk to the central part of the city. Bologna is a beautiful city to explore by foot. Grazie mille Anna and Adrian, from Jennifer.

The location was a little hard to find and the number listed on budgetplaces.com is not active. However, when we get to the location, we looked at the directory and finally found it. Once checked in, everything else was fine.

While I did not stay at this B&B, I would highly recommend it. The B&B I stayed at did not give me an address so when I googled B&B Stazione, this one came up. Upon arriving (not even 5 minutes from the train station) and realizing there was a mix up, Adrian figured out where I was supposed to be and got me there (including carrying my bag). He communicated with the correct B&B and made sure everything was settled before leaving and all of my questions were answered. The brief moments I spent inside of B&B Stazione showed a clean and friendly place to stay. I wish it been the correct B&B! Do not hesitate to book B&B Stazione - I'll be staying here on my next trip to Bologna!

Very close to the train station. Quite a few places to eat surrounding the area. There is no sign on the street indicating the B&B, but it's easy enough to find. There is another B&B in the same building but it is in the 2nd floor. This one is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator. The B&B itself is quite standard, no frills. The bedroom is nice enough. The doors all lock. The bathroom is nice. There is a kitchen with an oven, but no plates, no microwave and no kettle. The wifi is good but very slow. The lady doesn't speak any English and accepts only cash. This is probably your best option for Bologna. Cheap, but you have to pay for 2 people even if you are alone.
