Amazing, so clean and spacious.. I genuinely don’t think I’ve stayed in a cleaner hotel.. towels changed every day.. beds made, the bed.. I slept so well we missed our train to Venice! Staff are super friendly and polite.. a little gem that I am so glad we found. Verona holds a special place in my heart and out weekend at the hotel made it even more special. Thank you

Most disappointing. I have stayed here once or twice a year sometimes for over 10 years. I made a booking online for 2 nights and was called and asked why the room hadn't been vacated by 11am on the morning of day 2. Really stressful and although the front desk found us another hotel (thank you for that) it was miles away and no taxi was offered. The price for one night was the exact equivalent of the ''great'' offer for 2 nights. I was very embarrassed with how the whole experience was dealt with and won't be returning. Really unpleasant experience.

Booked an apartment with a separate bedroom with a doublebed and an additional bed. The bedroom was not separate to the living room. The single bed was a foldout bed. The was hardly any cuttlery ind the kichen, no pots nor pans etc etc, hence was not even able to make a simple cup og tea. The “other room” in the flat is a useless room in the basement with no Windows. This apartment is misdescriped and not worth the money at all!!! And they charge you an additional 15 Euro if you use the kitchen. WTF !!!!!!

We chose this boutique style hotel as it had car parking and was a ten minute flat walk to the centre of Verona - we drove from Lake Garda and it was easy to find first time, with parking outside the entrance to the hotel. A friendly greeting, we were shown to our room (which was very quirky) - for us a great location, there were ample restaurants around the corner from us (where locals were eating) and it was an easy walk into the centre. Breakfast was buffet style (no hot option) - a good selection and perfectly adequate. Our main reason to explore Verona was a visit to the opera, this location offered us the perfect base. If you are looking for a chain hotel then maybe not for you - if you are looking for something different, boutique style hotel, parking, wifi, restaurants close with a an easy walk to discover Verona, then this is one to recommend!

Beautiful hotel location not as close to the centre of Verona as advertised. Our room was amazing. But the breakfast was cold. Staff were not very friendly. Toiletries not replenished and had to ask for toilet roll. Could do so much better. Advertised a bar but was told sharply this was not an option. Room had a kitchen but no kettle or tea or coffee which you would expect given the room tariff. Would not stay again.

From the time we arrive we were made to feel welcome. We checked in and were shown up to our room which was very clean, large and quirky. The room was quite sparse but had everything we needed. It's more of an apartment than a hotel room with the bonus of a kitchen. The bathroom was small with a shower but more than adequate with plenty of towels that were spotlessly clean. There was a maid service everyday with clean towels, beds made and room tidied. We were offered breakfast at 7 euros each per day which we accepted. The breakfast is buffet style which offers toast, scrambled eggs and bacon, yoghurts, cheese and ham, cake and fruit along with juice and tea or coffee. The breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is tastefully decorated and based about 15 minute walk from the centre of town. It's well placed with bars and restaurants nearby if you don't want to walked into central Verona.

stayed in this hotel during a 2 week travelling holiday around italy. We stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor, it was more like an apartment with a kitchenette and living room area. The rooms were clean and tidy. Very traditional furniture fitting to the style of the hotel- a nice change from the modern hotels we stayed in other areas- very fitting to verona. Only negatives- no safe available within the room, no tea/coffee facilities- most of all the reception staff didn’t seem interested in their guests at all!

Advertised as an apartment hotel but dirty and sparse cutlery and crockery- no kettle or coffee or tea. Very basic bathroom with the only provision being two shower caps one of which looked used. A dusty basket of old packets of sugar was left in the room. The bed was not comfortable and the room had no outlook. I have no idea how this hotel achieved the ratings it has. Breakfast was better than expected as I had read poor reviews of this so my expectations were low.
