We really enjoyed staying here. The room was great, easy parking underneath the hotel, and easy access to the city centre via the tram. We did not try the breakfast as it was more than double the price of Novotel...

Terrible service. I booked a room on booking.com at 7:31 p.m. Arriving in front of the establishment, the door was closed. I called Visionapartments at 7:48 p.m. The person on the phone explained to me that I needed to send a copy of my identity card by email to receive the access codes to the establishment. I sent the copy of my ID card at 7:53 p.m. Then nothing more until... 9:42 p.m.! Two hours later! Suffice it to say that I had left the premises and booked a room in another establishment. Errors can happen, of course. What is deplorable is that Visionapartments refused to reimburse this night which I was therefore not able to use. Refusal repeated twice despite the explanations above, despite sending the emails in question, etc... Le pire hôtel jamais fréquenté. Sommes logés dans le sous sol sans fenêtre pas de vue sur l'extérieur si on peut apercevoir les jambes des piétons sur le trottoir. Pas de salon, pas de pièce à vivre. On a téléphone pour qu'on nous donne un autre logement bien sur soit disant complet alors que le parking est vide. Cela ne correspond absolument pas aux photos. C'est du vol organisé, une arnaque bien huilée. Inadmissible vraiment. Surtout ne venez pas dans cet endroit sauf si vous êtes 1 taupe et que vous aimez vivre dans les caves.

Stay away from this hotel!!! The room smelled so bad and when you open the windows it’s is really loud. Construction during the day and night, and lots of traffic noises. Apt is dirty, with disgusting sheets and walls. We called to complain and you can hear people laughing in the background. No refund and no change of rooms!!! This is seriously one of the worst experiences we have had!!!

Wir haben vor über 6 Monaten dieses Apartment über Booking gebucht. Wir wollten für eine Messe hier als Team übernachten. Einen Tag vor Anreise hat VisionApartments mitgeteilt, dass das Apartment nicht zur Verfügung steht. Unglaublich. Habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Ich kann nur abraten wenn man sich auf seine Buchung verlassen möchte.
