I am extreme dissatisfaction with the level of customer service provided during my stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS Zurich from April 9th to April 14th, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues that significantly impacted my stay and left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, one of the basic guest requirements, the ability to control the window curtains, was not available in my room. This lack of control over basic amenities affected my comfort and privacy during my stay. Furthermore, when I encountered other issues during my stay and sought assistance from your customer service team, I found them to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the problems promptly and efficiently, I was met with requests for additional payment for basic requests and amenities. This approach was both unreasonable and unacceptable, especially considering the amount already paid for the accommodation. Additionally, the lack of responsiveness and support from your customer service team was evident. Contacting them by email resulted in delayed responses, often taking until the next day, which further exacerbated the situation and left me feeling neglected as a guest. Overall, my experience at VISIONAPARTMENTS Militaerstrasse 24 Zurich was far below expectations, and I would not recommend anyone to book with this establishment through Booking.com or direct booking channels. You can walk easily to tram and train station. It is not a very clean apartment though. We had wet wipe-ed the whole place off dust before we settled in. Outside noises from foot traffic will disturb you, though. The folks on upper floor were partying all night and no one to tell them to stop in this remotely operated property.

The company moved my reservation to another location the day before I was supposed to arrive (ca 3 km away) because they had overbooked the hotel. The new location did not meet my needs so I had to cancel and find a new hotel - cannot recommend this company.

Place doesn't look like pictures. The place was advertised as having a washing machine in the apartment which was incorrect. Also, the place is very uncomfortable. It doesn't have ac and no other means to cool the place off. We spent our days and nights in a sweat. The host did not check in at all to see if it was ok. This place is a rip off!

This was my second stay at this property having enjoyed one earlier in the year. The accommodation is simple enough but comfortable. It has a kitchenette with fridge which proved very handy given the heat as I kept it stocked with drinks. The electric plug in fan was also useful for same reason. Bed very comfortable although the softness of the pillows took a bit of getting used to. Building in the main very quite although if there is events going on outside you will hear. Great location tram/bus stop a couple of hundred yards away as is a nice pub, supermarket, main train station also walking distance as is the centre if Zurich so ideal for exploring. Definitely will be staying again in future.

I have to say I was really surprised by my stay because many reviews I read spoke of noise at night due to its location however in my case I never experienced this, it was really quite. Apartment was comfortable and ideal for a short stay, its centrally located tram stop a couple of minutes walk as is train station, main shopping district a 10 minute walk away. Great burrito shop down the street as well as Italian. If I had one minor quibble curtains could do with been thicker as trying to have a lie in proved tricky as room got bright early and one strange design feature to note one of the walls of the bathroom are see through glass so remember to keep that particular curtain drawn. All in all a great stay, highly recommend and will be back

To echo a previous reviewer, the location (about three blocks to the train station) and quite new facilities were very good. Our room, on third or forth floor, was clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. At this point in our trip we were in need of a laundry. Vision has washers and dryers. This was a big plus for us and they were FREE. Yes, they are an apartment facility and there is no front desk, however we did not have any problem in securing our code to enter. However, as it is a "remote controlled" property, arriving early can cause you to wait in the entrance until your room is ready or your check-in time has been reached. There is no place to sit, but there is a little restaurant to the left as you enter the entrance. Now, from all that you have read, make sure you have everything in place prior to showing up.…

The apartment was located very close to the Zurich railway station and airport which was a plus. However, it had a few ants when we entered and the number multiplied by the night. I called the customer care and they offered me to move to another apartment at a different location. Since it was a pain to re-pack and move to another apartment and would have cost me half a day of my stay, I chose to stay in the same apartment. The housekeeping staff came and cleaned the apartment after which the ants were gone. Another concern I had was regarding the safety. The apartment I was given was an independent one (the apartment gate was the only security, no other gate or guard of any kind). There were other apartments which were inside the building and were relatively safe, but mine was just next to the street. I felt a bit unsafe initially but there were no safety issues experienced during my entire stay, so may be I was over thinking about safety. Apart from these things, the apartment was perfect. It had all the things we required, location was perfect, had two bedrooms which were more than my requirement. The rooms and bathrooms size was good. Two couples can comfortably stay in the apartment. It had a fully functional kitchen. One thing to note is that there is no reception or helpdesk. So nobody would be available at your service to resolve your issues. You would have to call their customer service desk and they would take their time to resolve the issue. You also need to contact them before your check in date and send them email about your arrival with your passport copy. If you don't receive your room passcode before your arrival, be ready to face a lot of trouble. I read it in previous reviews and repeatedly followed up with them to get the passcode before my arrival. Even then, they sent it to me just a few hours before check in. In the process of following up with them regarding the ants issue, I also contacted MakeMyTrip from where I booked the apartment in first place. I sent them pics of the apartment with ants. They were highly inconsiderate, unresponsive and not helpful at all. So if you're booking through MMT, don't expect any assistance from them.…
