Just the most welcoming and well appointed hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in to when we left to leave for the airport we couldn't fault the hotel or the staff . The attention to detail on top of fantastic customer service made our stay almost perfect the only downside was the Tivoli Gardens were closed for maintenance and I can't blame that on anyone but me for not noticing! The staff have a wealth of knowledge of where to go and what to see and there are lots of tourist maps available for guests to take. We stored our luggage when we arrived and after we checked out which meant we could go and see more attractions. 5 gold stars from us across the board. Mother and daughter city break stay .

Fantastic hotel with very accommodating staff! Rooms were beautiful and very close to the metro and city! We really enjoyed our stay The rooms could do with slightly more soundproofing but all noise stopped by 8pm and to be honest I’m quite sensitive to sound

The room was compact but comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of continental choice. The Bar was busy and staff engaging. Nothing was any trouble for staff. It was my wife’s 60th Birthday and I emailed ahead to explain why we were there. But it was ignored. I did not even get a reply. The bar manager was rather annoying one night while he sat at a table and played American sounding you tube clips very loud without any regard for guest who may wish to enjoy the piped music. The hotel Music choice was excellent. So overall nice hotel. Shame we couldn’t have make my wife’s 60th birthday a little more special. But it is what it is. We will return to Copenhagen again in the future. Alison and Mark.

Hotel is very nice and ideally situated. Close to the station and within walking distance to much around. Staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms nice, although the bed for us was on the small side. This is not a criticism its down to what we are used to. Overall would come back to this hotel.

Pleased with the hotel. It’s clean and modern , very close to Central train station. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Our standard room was small and adequate. We requested more pillows and this was dealt with promptly. Kettle , fridge and safe provided which we like. Room was well heated as it was cold during our stay but it could be adjusted. We opted to skip house keeping to receive a bar voucher instead. Hanging clothes was fine however there was limited space for anything else ex, drawer space. We used the window ledge but some shelves would’ve been better. In fact our room 361 had a display ornament in a box when a cabinet or shelving would’ve been more practical. Breakfast was adequate. Very busy with little room to move at the buffet area. It was a nice hotel to return to after a long day sight seeing.

All in all a great choice of hotel. It is very central and we walked to all the major attractions. Room was very nice, very clean modern bathroom. Lovely to have a mini fridge in the room. I loved the 2 mini duvets on the bed one each! Breakfast buffet is incredible and always fully stocked the staff in hotel were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast time is however very very busy and a bit chaotic especially on your first morning when you are finding out where everything is. The only tiny thing that made it not 5* was the walls are a bit thin, and you can literally hear the conversation in the next door room, so for 2 of our 4 nights we were woken up at 2am by very noisy inconsiderate neighbours. I would however definitely stay again!

We thing that THE hotel to stay to visit Copenhagen and the area. And we are not alone to know that as even in March, many clients at the hotel. 5 mm by foot to the rail station to go to Kronborg castle (you have to...). Else, you can go everywhere by foot from the hotel.

This hotel is ideally located. Just a few minutes walk to the main train station and walking distance to a large variety of restaurants. The hotel has a very modern interior. My room felt like it was recently redecorated. I stayed in the cheapest room and I found my room very small, it would be hard to fit 2 people in it. I assume the higher priced rooms will be larger. I also did not find any workout facilities that many hotels offer. Despite these minor downsides, I would be happy to stay at this hotel again. If you want to get a cheap breakfast or snacks, there is a 7-Eleven half a block away where you can pick stuff up.

Excellent hotel. Just a few minutes walk from central station. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile and a hello. Very well located for everywhere you want to visit. Hotel is very clean throughout and very well decorated. A very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is a vast choice and very high quality. Bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. The lounge is a very nice place to sit and enjoy a drink. A definite must place to stay when visiting the city.

Excellent base for Copenhagen as it’s only 5 minutes from Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. Most of the main attractions were within 30 mins walking distance. The area has some other nice hotels and restaurants but also a number of strip clubs! Despite this the area did not feel seedy and we felt perfectly safe walking at night. The hotel has a nice modern feel. Our room was spacious for a city centre hotel and spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast choice was great. The bar prices were also competitive with local bars without the usual hotel uplift. Finally, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
