Very below average. The Key part that put me off here was the bugs crawling our room and at the dinning tables for breakfast. As for the breakfast included, waste of time. The cook wanted me to finish the left overs which didnt look fresh. The fruits all looked out of date.

I wrote a review on Expedia after my recent stay. I mentioned that I saw a cockroach walking across the table in the breakfast area. I also mentioned that there was just leftovers available when I arrived (30 minutes before the breakfast area was due to close). The hotel have responded to say that I’ve lied. As such I have uploaded the photos to show the cockroach and the empty dishes. The hotel did prepare some food after I asked for some. But like I said on my Expedia review, ultimately I left it after a cockroach was discovered on the table. (Look closely on the lid of the pepper pot) The room itself also had several bugs. Now I’m not precious about seeing a couple of flies. But this place has a significant pest control problem. And though they can call me a liar. They will know that’s not true. They will see the bugs squished into the wall all over the hotel. They will also see the flies that are trapped in the light fittings and the cockroaches that are walking around without a care in the world. Now I hadn’t intended to report this to the health and safety executive, but now that I’ve been called a liar, I’ve changed my mind…

We arrived later at night than anticipated. The man at the front desk was understanding & generous as he carried our luggage up to our room. Our room was cute& cozy. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious & many selections to pick from. Hotel was in a great location. About A 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Because of the friendly staff, I would stay at this hotel again!

I chose this hotel for a relaxing stay with my family in Bad Ragaz. But instead of a smoothing and relaxing weekend, we all got the most terrible time. First of all, the owner is not accommodating and very rude! Instead of fixing the problem, he has no shame to say “leave this hotel”! It is the first time for me, who has traveled the world, to receive such a terrible and irrespecutful behavior towards the guests!!! Secondly, at 11 PM the room above us with 2 small kids were non-stop running and making loads of noise. Nothing was done against it, but moving us into much smaller room ( 3 pax) with no balcony, and a tiny toilet. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL, it’s not worthy of your money and time! Oh, and the rest of the employees of that property are the same irrespectrul people. I would of said that the owner/ receptionist was a racist!

We stayed here for one night. This is an old traditional building and I believe has been a hotel for many years as there were pictures on display in the nearby town. The room was old fashioned in regard to furnishings but was clean and comfortable and met our needs. Parking is available in allocated parking bays further along the street. It is situated in a quiet area just a short walk from the centre. The buffet breakfast available was excellent with a wide array of fresh produce. The hotel does offer evening meals but not every night and none were available on the night we stayed.

What a cosy and nice hotel in a small village. Here I would want to go again. Our room for 4 was big. It had a kitchen corner but nothing to cook on. No air con. Only a fan but the village was quiet so we slept windows open and got some cool air. Breakfast was included and it was very good continental. The hotel in old and typical swiss. It has a lot of decorations. It is situated just in the city so it is easy to walk to all the villages restaurants. Definately a place to recommend!

Nice and quiet hotel. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location with a short walk right to the center of town. I was looking for some authentic Swiss food and the staff was extremely helpful.

We were a group of three girls, and found space for three in this hotel, after a day at the Therme. It was only around two to three bus stops from the spa. And it was not hard to find, and we were welcomed warmly. Breakfast staff were also friendly, even though we were quite late. We were surprised to have been still asked if we wanted eggs cooked the way we wanted. Only thing was that the room was too hot and towels were not prepared for three.

Really nice hotel in the heart of the town . large rooms with view over the river. Owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and the offer to cook me bacon and eggs . loved the town a shame we were only around for 1 night.

This is a charming local hotel. Owner is more than accommodating, arrived three hours early and called. Just wanted to put my luggage in storage but he said my room was ready and allowed me to go ahead and check in. Lot of history in this hotel and the breakfast that was included was amazing for such a small family inn. From the train station a straight shot to the hotel and only about a 10 minute walk from the train station. And it is a beautiful walk to the hotel. Wished I had had more time to talk to them but had to catch a train in the morning. More than accommodating highly recommend this property🤗
