My family and I stayed here whilst attending a local wedding. The rooms are basic, but they contain all that you need. The shower was really good and powerful. We had breakfast included which included pastries, ham, cheese etc - which was nice. The views from the hotel were lovely and the veranda area where you could have drinks was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a hire car and there was plenty of room for parking. A great hotel for a short break!

HIGHLY UNDERRATED hotel! Easy to find (just off the exit/by zoo safari) with stunning views of the coastline. Accommodations are far better than the rating suggests. But what really makes this hotel special is the service! The staff are extraordinarily kind, helpful and try to meet every customer request. The days before our daughter’s wedding were very stressful, requiring many sudden, unexpected changes to our plans and those of our guests. The staff was there for us, day and night. We could not have found a better place!

We stayed in Park Hotel Sant'Elia for four nights. It was very clean and comfortable, except for the pillows, which were quite flat & hard. I found the staff very helpful and courteous. Everyone I dealt with spoke English, including the staff at breakfast and the pool attendant. We had a twin room, which was a good size & had a mini-fridge. We were attending an event in Fasano for the four days so we didn't have much time to spend in the hotel but we did go to the pools once and they were great - clean and well-maintained with a fabulous view of the Adriatic from both pools. The hotel is extremely handy for the Zoo Safari, although we didn't have time to go there. It's not very convenient for Fasano town, being up in the hills behind the town. It is about 20 minutes' walk to the outskirts of Fasano & an hour to get to the far side of town. The first 15 minutes of the walk are along a pretty busy country road without footpaths or street lighting. I am coeliac. I only ate at the hotel for breakfast & the gluten-free selection was very limited. Breakfast was almost entirely muffins, cakes and cereal. They had a few boiled eggs and a platter of cold ham & sliced cheese. They did have little packets of gluten-free biscuits and crackers available but I had to ask for them as they weren't out.

Hotel comfortable and reception staff helpful. Able to check in earlier which was appreciated and they helped arrange taxis when needed Pool is pleasant enough and nice views but we stayed in peak season so very busy and constant loud misidentified playing Breakfast per other reviews not the best. Very limited fruit available and lot s of cakes/pastry which is not my thing. Coffee machine was good. We did have an evening meal one night of our stay and this was quite fine, reasonable prices and choices and they offered us a dessert free from the buffet You really need transport if you stay here. It's a 2 km walk to Fasano and a windy road which is not coming back a time night in the dark. Luckily I did have a torch. Also no proper buses which we had hopes to use to get to other places. We ended up having to get taxis to the other places we wanted to visit from here Rooms a bit small but ok

It's pointless showing the pool area as in Sept it's closed off. Stayed one week but wanted to leave straightaway, no individual safes, pool is NOT IN USE FROM SEPTEMBER, plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast is stupid that they offer, if it rains then it's TOUGH LUCK you have to go out of the hotel down some steps to get to the breakfast area, there are no umbrellas, the actual area is a odd room, SAD. No safe in room, no balconies. You can walk down to Fasano but it is completely dark at night so not worth it. Where the hotel is located is ideal for travelling around the Puglia, but that's it.

We were staying in this hotel for 3 nights and the room was fine. The breakfast and the staff who were burdened with the breakfast was the disappointing part of this stay. The breakfast was really poor ( old sad food) bit the staff were oblivious to the customer and looked like they would rather be anywhere else. The room was fine - clean and pleasant- but the breakfast was a trial for us and the staff. This left a sour taste and to my mind could be resolved easily.

The is perhaps the nicest hotel in the area - certainly the largest and most modern. The staff was very prompt, courteous and friendly. My room was clean and in good repair. There is a spacious lobby and other sitting areas. The grounds are well groomed. The restaurant is one large room crammed with tables. There was a very limited menu for dinner. The food was well prepared and presented, but nothing special. The kitchen is set up to turn out dinners for groups of several dozen. The breakfast had a wide selection of breads, but just one meat and cheese selection; boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit. The saving grace was the self-serve espresso machine. Half the rooms face the ocean, but it is a longs ways away. More interesting is the birds-eye view of Fasano immediately below.

I have gait/walking challenges (stroke); accom. has to be convenient to shopping and/or sights, parking. Fantastic location, panoramic sea-view terrace, Zoo Safari almost right on premises. Staff – efficient, friendly. Sightseeing all day, we really didn't spend a lot of time in the room - just for sleeping in: nice spacious rooms. Bed was comfortable and facilities good. We had 2 substantial dinners, after whole day sightseeing - superb. Free parking, lovely breakfasts – affordable, great value for money.

Very close to Zoo Safari (5 min. walk), in a quiet area - beautiful place. Food is good, and it's better to take half board, since other places to eat in the evening are a bit far (we walked anyways). Kids loved it.
