We arrived to a empty, shut, abandoned reception and our hearts sank! We kept ringing the number on our booking (booked with travel republic) but no answer. We stopped in the shop next door the reception to ask if they could help. They called the number and go an answer. We were told to wait for a text and we would be staying in another appointment around the corner. We found the other appointment which was not the same standard as we booked it was clean but we had no heating or hot water! Finally the next day we got someone to come up to fix the heating. We were so cold we had to sleep together and wear our coats. I believe we only got it fixed as they needed the city tax money oh and to add a cleaning fee on that we were not told about. The appointment we were place in was fine when we had our issues fixed. But the point is we didn’t book this and no one bothered to tell us it was changed. Please check before you book what you are getting! The area was perfect close to transport, food, bars and shops.

Very disappointing. They put us in a separate apartment on a parallel street of Kiraly utca; this apartment was in a building which was under heavy renovation, where the entrance and staircases where literally a battle camp. The apartment itself was also not impressive; the WiFi was not working, it smelled of new ikea furniture; there was a sauna in the bathroom, but guess what, it was not working. We booked it from their website, but it was written nowhere that we were going to end up in this terrible dependence. As said at the beginning, very disappointing.

The apartments are not on the stated address, but a few minutes away in a building that is under construction. They say you can use the parking for 25€ per night, but they don't tell you that you have to pay for it in advance, so when you check out, you have to pay double the price of the parking.

Nem volt kitakarítva, ágynemű foltos, hajas. Kaptunk egy másik apartmant, ahol ugyanez várt minket, ráadásul a szállás díját sem térítik vissza. The apartment wasn't cleaned. The bedding was spotted and full with hair of the previous guests'. We got another apartment where we found the same situation. Furthermore we didn't get a full refund.

Well it's hard to fit it all in. The beds were on the floor, the furniture, while still functional was falling apart. The towels should have been replaced years ago and it came with no TP in the bathroom, unless you count 5 sheets on a roll. Coffee cups didn't fit in the coffee pot and the doors and windows almost all had problems with curtains falling off or just pinned up. Looks nothing like the pictures. Breakfast is at a restaurant down stairs and is cheaper if you just go there. Parking instructions coming and going were pathetic. Easier to just park where you enter the park garage and pay 24 (or whatever) hours up front which gives you a discount by paying up front.

Just back with a group of 20 girls visiting the apartments for my friends hen weekend for 3 nights. I’m so shocked how this apartment block is so highly rated on trip adviser as I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. At first the staff were very rude and not helpful. The apartments were disgusting. 3 rooms we paid for all horrific but one room was worse than the other two (407). As soon as we walked in we noticed the beds were not made, I think the bedding was from the previous guests! Some of the pillows didn’t even have covers on them. There was Mould all over the walls, wallpaper randomly trying to cover up the dampness but it was peeling off due to damp, no hand wash or toiletries supplied, the shower was broken. I could go on and on but we took pictures so you can see how bad it really is. The pictures don’t even do it justice how bad it is. Wear socks at all times as the floors haven’t been mobbed since it opened by the looks of it. The only good thing was the location but that’s it.

IF YOU HAVE KIDS, IT CAN BE A HEALTH HAZARD TOO BECAUSE IT IS DIRTY I should have taken a previous review DO NOT GO THERE ' seriously, please for God's sake don't go there. It stinks, at least they could vacuum the apartment No hand soap in the toilet n bathroom No Soap n shampoo Cheap old towels No hand towel for bathroom kitchen Stinking dirty couch, don't sit on them The bedsheet was not changed, it was so easy to tell, it was stretched to hide wrinkles Dirty dishes, had to wash all before use My 5-year-old kept saying Mumma this house is so dirty Zero ratings for sleep quality, it hell noisy in the night We had informed in advance that we have to check out at 0330 in the morning and need a taxi, they assured reception is manned 24 hours , when we reached the reception there was no one to collect. forget about the taxi. Imagine with a 5-year-old sleepy child. We left the keys at the desk and booked our own taxi. Don't go don't go pls Thanks for ruining my experience

There was no one at the reception when we arrived, even though it was supposed to be a 24 hour reception and we notified the place in advance about our arrival time. We had to look for a different place to stay in the middle of the night. The next day when we spoke to the manager he didn't really seem to care and only agreed that we shouldnt pay for the first night since we didn't actually stay there, with no consideration that we had to pay extra taxi and hotel fares for a last minute booking we were forced to make over their mistake. When we finally got the apartment it was small and looked nothing like the photos. After complaining we were transferred to a different apartment that was nicer. The last night when we needed to check out there was no one at the reception yet again, good thing we were prepared this time..

I have just returned from a 3 day trip staying in the senator apartments , we were a large group who rented 3 apartments . All 3 were shocking , dirty , poorly maintained and unequipped , i would give them a 0 if I could , reception staff not interested in rectifying any issues , given hand towels instead of bath towels , were told it was a housekeeping issue again not rectified in our 3 days . Do not go there .

I lost my bag and they helped me, specially young, handsom man, very professional (owns his own massageplace) and another man and a young woman. All very proffessional and friendly. Made my stay in a studio appartment a heaven! I have nothing to complain about. But the heat was great and next time I will arrive in the spring. :-)
