-dirty old towels -spiders and dust in the room -the mattress was missing; that bed was a proper bed 35 years ago, not in 2022 -I don’t know how they have 3 stars because you literally feel like they are insulting you when they don’t clean the room

Even is a little bit far from center, the room at the last level have a beautifull view, especially in the evening. Although, the stairs are narrow and a little bit hard to carry the luggage, it worth it. The hotel is placed on a hill and you can see the whole Budapest. The room was clean and warm, with confortable matress but too soft pillow ( I can say standard) with aldish funiture but well maintained. The check-in was fast, you can find a beer at the reception in the night :-) and you have parking place at the street, in front of the rooms. Very close to the highway so the exit is fast if you are on a way to Austria. Allover, was a good place.

Very poor. Advertisers a restaurant but only has a poor breakfast service. Nowhere near any cafes or bars etc. so you will go hungry unless you travel to the city in the evening. No cable TV in room only a B/W portable. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Staff not very helpful, but give excellent shrugs of the shoulder when asked a question.

The room was very cold. Even though it has a restaurant, dinner cannot be served. Do not go to the restaurant recommended by them. It's expensive and stupid - pork chops ... If you want the invoice for booking better notify in the evening. It took more than 1/4H in the morning until he listed it

This hotel has three distinct advantages: the staff, the location in a very quiet area of Budapest and the price. Other than that it is an experience you will likely want to forget. The rooms are in urgent need of renovation and the beds are terrible. One cand hardly sleep in them. WiFi is good and free parking is also offered. Another issue is the distance to city center (7 km).

A very sweet hotel with surrounding gardens. We visited there for our honeymoon and we would visit there again if we had to! My 2 year old son loved the gardens. The room was very large compared to other hotel rooms: was always clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not much varied, but cannot complain. The reception staff were always so warm, friendly and helpful! They gave us tips on where we should visit, how to get there, which buses to get, landmarks etc...

Hotel is in quiet residential area, with easy access from M1 and free parking places in front of the building. We had a little bit 90s feeling, the hotel deserves renovation. Breakfast is included, was OK.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the hill and our room had a nice view on the city, from a long distance but nevertheless nice. The room itself was large and pretty. The bed was comfortable but sofa-bed was terrible, it is very inconvenient to sleep on it, unfortunately. Breakfast was absolutely awful - old bread, disgusting coffee, juice is more water with colouring than juice, cheap tea but it was the only drinkable drink.

Hotel is sited outside Budapest, overlooking the city. The view from my room was fantastic for that reason. Room was fine with air conditioning (needed in the summer months). Bed however was very hard and uncomfortable but that might be an individual preference. Would not recommend breakfast which was very poor. Does not serve food outside breakfast time. I was visiting family and had access to a car which made travel around Budapest easier.

We stayed here during a visit to Budapest. There is enough parking space which is nice when you travel by car like us. The hotel itself is average. The room, beds and bathroom are fine and has everything you need. The breakfast could be better but is fine enough to get the day started.
