This was a unique hotel is a perfect location. I have stayed there twice, and hoped to stay again. Unfortunately the hotel is closed. There isn't any information about the closing in English. In September 2022 we visited Budapest and walked to the location. Peering through the windows there was not any activity inside, although it appeared that some sort of renovations were taking place .

Myself and husband are keen travelers and have been lucky enough to have visited a few European countries. This hotel, by far has been one of the best that we have stayed at!! It is very clean and comfortable, rooms are extremely spacious and beautifully designed. The staff are friendly and curtious. It is situated in the castle district and has easy access to all attractions. The only complaint I had is that I wish the shower had a wall fitting as my husband found it difficult to getting in and out of the bath, due to a hip replacement. I on the other hand loved the large bath. I would definitely reccomend this hotel.

We as three couples stayed for four nights at this superb hotel. The staff were very helpful and very friendly, breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, rooms superb and spotlessly clean, To us the hotel was in a superb location situated in the Buda castle area in a very quiet street but only a stones throw from Mathies Cathedral and Fishamans Bastion. Walking over the river to pest was around a 10 -15 minute walk. To sum up a lovely Hotel and highly recommended

Stopped in for lunch after visiting the castle area. Very friendly staff and a tasty, good value 3 course set lunch. Goulash followed by pasta and then cheese cake washed down with with 2 beers all for 11,000 HUF. We really enjoyed the unique decor, especially the throne like chairs.

The hotel is situated on a quiet road which is incredibly pretty. We arrived quite a few hours early but our room was ready which was great. Our suite was amazing, a large living area with a kitchen area . The only thing missing was a sofa. The bedroom was separate and very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and had a huge bath, the whole suite was also incredibly clean. The staff were very discreet and although we hardly saw any of them our room was cleaned every day. Although the hotel is in a quiet area, it is easy to get everywhere. Also there are some great restaurants near by. When we left I asked if we could check out at 4pm and they said yes no problem at no charge. A lovely hotel.

The hotel was lovely. The decorations and furniture was unique. We stayed on the 2nd floor which was all en- suite. It was a birthday weekend and the room was decorated with free drinks which was great! Staff were lovely. Breakfast needs upgrading and toiletries need topping up regularly.Location wise is ideal! Everything is walking distance. No 16 bus gets you everywhere! Really enjoyed the stay. No lifts, but walkable stairs. People with prams can store pram downstairs which were told by other guests, rather than the staff. Large room very spacious, kitchen and dining table all included. Tv was not working. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to be central. Would defo go back!

The staff is very friendly and very flexible to early check-in and late check-out that you wouldn't find anywhere else, or at least very rare. That is a big plus for the hotel. The suites are extremely spacious, but the double bed is in fact two beds that slid apart if you're not careful. The design, even though is romantic and vintage lacks the utility. Very uncomfortable chairs to watch tv in the living room, and very small tv in the bedroom. For a 5 stars hotel with 26 suites they could offer real coffee facilities in the room. Loose the 3 in 1 coffee for God sake!!! Is not even for Ibis hotels. The location is excellent and the surroundings are very quiet. The food in the restaurant is expesive but not the best comparing of what you can find in the near locations.

The hotel is really nice looking with an awesome inner courtyard where we did have dinner once with a very nice waiter. The room was on the second floor and there are no elevators. A notice at the reception states that someone would assist with taking the suitcases to the room. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Looks are great but there were some things that just weren't done well. The full size bed is really two beds together. My husband had moved to the middle of the bed and, because it's not one full bed, the two beds slid apart and he fell between the beds. Fortunately he was not hurt. The main reason I chose this hotel was because it was an all suite with a kitchenette. It was a minimally stocked kitchen. There were only two each of silverware, plates and mugs. There was only a frying pan and a small melting pot but no larger pots, I had to make soup in the frying pan.

Tv without sound, no electricity in some wall sockets , curtain not in order, no elevator, scrambled eggs under acceptable standard, tomatojuce, orange juice in tetrapack , coffee machine turn off it self in 15 min intervals, no shower in one suite just a bathtub, from the bedroom to the bathroom two steps that is to narrow and to high and causes difficulty and problems to go in and out from the bathroom. No handrail in one staircase on the way up to the suite Poor or no ventilation So I moved to an other hotel Best regards

Room was so spacious, clean and romantically decorated! Helpful little kitchen as well. The room was so quiet even though the place was fully booked. It had a big bathroom with a most comfortable deep bathtub. The only thing to disappoint was less than enough towels and the only coffee options were really sweet and prepackaged (not my thing, but some may like!)
