Excellent "kanom jin" buffet in a quiet and welcoming environment, recommended for small groups and individuals willing to taste this specialty of Thailand in a clean and high quality place, at very affordable price. There is swimming pool near the restaurant. The music is good and not too loud.

I would highly recommend staying at another hotel. There are many bad qualities to this hotel such as the extreme distance from the city. There are many many other hotels in the old city for the same price and quality. They charged me $35 dollars for a lost plastic key card and if you are familiar with Thailand this is extremely expensive. The breakfast is food and nothing special and the staff is OK. If you are worried about a nice place with great air conditioning, don't, other hotels have great air conditioning without being thieves.

Dear Mr./Ms. Jonah D, Thank you for staying with us. We sincerely apologize for making you feel displeased with our service. We would like to clarify that we have a strong policy about lost key cards which we inform our clients every time during the check-in process (if you have not been notified by our staffs, please let us know). We also have a visible sign at the check-in counter about our policy. Nevertheless, we will present your comment to our management team and use it to improve our service in the future. Once again, thank you very much for your comment. And we hope to welcome you again. Best Regards, Lani Chiangmai Hotel

I had the chance to spend two weeks in this hotel and I have to say that it was one of the best I've ever been. Very clean room and always very comfortable. Breakfast was always very tasty and with many options available. Personnel was always kind and helpful. I just recommend this hotel to everyone, group of friends, families and so on. Thanks to all the staff!

We were very impressed when we saw the hotel - it definitely stands out from the neighborhood in a very good way. We were upgraded to a suite for our two-night stay without any special status or request. The room was nice and the bed super comfy - but it's definitely far from activities. It's a 5-10 minute cab ride or a 30-minute walk to the areas with stuff you'd want to do and good restaurants (Nimman, the Moat, etc). If you rent a car or scooter, it doesn't really matter, but for walking travelers, I'd recommend something a little closer in.

The hotel is pretty new, the room are very nice, clean, big and well lighted. The service is very kind and well organised. Wi-fi has a good speed. Breakfast is delicious and the cost is definitly good for Chang Mai area. The swimming pool is not big, but is long enough to swim even if narrow.

The hotel is still new and clean! The room is well organized and love the view of Doi Suthep. The pool is also great, cool and relax. The staff speak good English and friendly. I spent only a nice there but I could see how good the preparation was! The location is ok, far from old city but close to shopping malls, Central Festival and Maya Mall Great new hotel!
