We stayed here for 3 nights. I think that it is pretty expensive for what they offer. The room is decorated in a very old style, pillows very small. Breakfast is served a la carte but it is very poor, only 4 options and they give you an almost empty plate.
The pool looks nice, but it was always full of kids so we did not try it.
From our balcony, that was at the pool and restaurant side, we could feel the smell of all the food cooked there and it was also very noisy.

We only stayed one night but we had a really qualitative experience. The staff was super friendly, always helpful, always polite! The was gorgeous and spatious (we didn't get a 2nd card for the electricity, had to request it), it got somewhat hot and a running AC for some minutes was necessary for a chillier atmosphere. The pool and pool facilities were super nice, clean, elegant. The jacuzzi was nice, fun and relaxing. We had the breakfast here too, honestly, nothing too fancy, it was good, kind of standard buffet (bread, butter, cheeses, ham, salami, + the basic breakfast items) expected something a bit more special to be in tune with the rest of the experience. Definitely a nice stay, somewhat pricier than what you can get but worth the money for the facilities offered.

Everything is clean, the food is good but you wait like an hour for your order, the waiters are friendly;outside is a beautiful garden with swimming pool and jacuzzi .
I think they should recondition the rooms, the furniture is old ,the bed was moving like it was an earthquake evertime a car was passing on the road, and the towels should be changed because some of them aren’t clear white are like yellow-white;you don’t have bathrobes in the room ,if you need them you ask at the reception.
In my opinion is a little bit expensive for what they offer you.

Good points:
Large rooms, comfy beds, very clean, new towels every day.
Bad points :
The staff from the terrace and restaurant does not speak romanian or english. The photos regarding the food, does not refeclect the reality, the food is very bad, and 90% of the time is brought either cold at the table or overcooked/ burned. Also, the meager of the restaurant has a very stiff attitude and does not want to speak with the clients and when he does he oly talks with the behind, with no eye contact. Very rude! The hotel has No spa, the area does not exists! If you want a massage hou have to make a reservation with one day before and have to pay a price that is overrated...
This is just the pick of the low servecies that they offer.. This hotel has at best 2 stars from the point of view of the services!

Good food, bored waiters. Gave a good tip, came back the other day, same attitude. They have a pool, always busy, rather noisy. Loud music, close to the medieval city center,to the farmers' market and to one supermarket.

The staff barely spoke english. The breakfast was advertised as also including croissant, cereal and kid specialties, but that was not the case. Only 4 types of breakfast that came cold and with eggs not cooked enough. One of the Kids had a small cut on his leg, but the staff did not have a small bandage to cover it(legal requirement by the way). In the morning there was not an option for cappucino although the menu specified as available. The water was stopped due to a construction incident în the city, but the staff were not prepared and did not offer anything as a backup, they only menționed that it is not their problem.

All în all the worst EXPERIENCE în Sighișoara!

I like the style of the hotel. It looks very good. The room was clean, the mattress of the bed was very soft and comfy, the bathroom was clean and the shower was nice. We had heat all the night as much as we wanted. The food was also good.Overall a good experience!

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! It is only a short walk to the city center of Sighișoara. When you return to the hotel you immediately have that holiday feeling. The restaurant could be a little better, but it is quite okay. The room is clean and modern. It is nice to be able to drink a beer on the terrace after visiting the city. Recommended!

Nice and big room, clean and beautiful garden. The pool was cold and we could not use it but we had jacuzzi instead. The food was ok and per total we had a nice stay for three nights. It is 500 m close to center. We loved the city and the surroundings.

On arrival we were greeted by the best member of staff we saw, she actually smiled!
She showed us the way to our room but there was no offer of help with our luggage. Our room, on the executive floor was gloomy but spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a nicely hand written note welcoming us to the hotel, the last sign of anything resembling customer service that we experienced during our two night stay.
We dined in the restaurant on our first night and we had the poorest meal we have experienced for a long time. The salmon listed in the menu turned out to be some over cooked white fleshed fish of an unknown species. The pork liver was so over cooked that it had turned to barely edible rubber.

The very worst aspect of our visit was the awful attitude of the staff at breakfast. The female staff were neatly dressed but failed to acknowledge anyone. They just stood around looking bored, resentful and sullen. There were also two male members of staff standing around doing nothing useful and carefully avoiding all customers. The older of the two may have been the manager and perhaps it is from him that the poor customer service comes.

Finally, the internal noise levels in the hotel from adjacent guests is fairly high. There seems to have been little or no attempt at soundproofing when the place was built.

In summary, this is not a good place to stay

Would it be possible to book a shuttle/taxi from Targu Mures airport? The flight lands at 2335 from Luton, UK.

60km .. hm ... Instead of taxi, I suppose it's better to ask for hotel car to bring directly to Korona from Targu Mures Airport. All staff is pleasant. Otherwise you can lend a car for the whole period.
