There are very few places that we visit that feel like a second home. Frosty Hollow is one of them. From the delicious breakfast with the friendly chatter to the stellar accommodations, this property is truly part of God’s country! Viewing His stars is an extra blessing…we were granted two clear nights. We hope to come back…hello to Toby, to whom we gave tummy rubs! A great fringe benefit! And Donell, thanks to your info, I rechecked our Walmart and found Amaretto creamer! 😊

We had the most restful weekend. The weather did not cooperate, so the night sky was not visible. But everything else about our stay was wonderful - quiet and peaceful. We had an amazing breakfast each morning; visited some local museums; took a scenic drive; enjoyed a few local restaurants. Frosty Hollow has such a welcoming and relaxing feeling. We will definitely be back . . . next time with friends. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

As always, my stay at Frosty Hollow Bed and Breakfast was outstanding. The rooms are always spotless and welcoming and the staff always friendly and helpful. I have been staying there for the last two years when I travel out that way for work. The breakfasts are always Five Star. Thank you!

What's not to love about this place? The location makes it very easy to get to Cherry Springs State Park. (Although viewing the stars from the property itself was magnificent!) The kitchen is complete with all necessities to make it convenient. The room was spotless. The breakfast served was spectacular! Enjoyed our time here immensely and would definitely go back.

We will keep coming back to Frosty Hollow! This was the third time we stayed at Frosty Hollow. The first time was in August 2021 for our honeymoon, the second was for a getaway after giving birth in September 2022, and the last time was July 2023 with our extended family. The first two times we stayed in the farmhouse, and the third time we stayed at the Big Dipper Lodge. I cannot say enough good things about Frosty Hollow. My husband was looking for a place to stay for our honeymoon to watch the stars. The view from Frosty Hollow's property was breathtaking. The short drive to Cherry Springs State Park to stargaze was way more than worth it. A short drive in the opposite direction put us in town, with plenty of fun things to do nearby. The beds are so comfortable, I want those sheets on my bed. You can buy them in their mercantile, along with so many other amazing items. They make jams and jellies and mustards and so many delicious treats! We always bring some home with us, especially Gail's Granola! The breakfasts---I could write books about how wonderful they are. Family friendly: Absolutely! Pet friendly: yup! We brought our dog to stay with us at Frosty Hollow twice. The accommodations from Donell and the staff to our family are like none other I've experienced in many other vacation spots. My husband has celiac disease and Donell made everything she could gluten-free during our stay. Staying at Frosty Hollow has made me want to move to Coudersport. It's our place for peace. What they say is true, Frosty Hollow is a little piece of heaven in God's Country. We tell all of our family and friends that they need to stay at Frosty Hollow. Bonus: there are 2 corgis that may come visit you and let you pet them.

The whole property is a friendly country setting. We stayed in the Farmhouse which shares a common room adjoined with a full kitchen. You share the refrigerator with the other rooms so they have a convenient holder on the refrig with marker pens and sticky notes. You can make Kerig coffee and hot tea. The Farmhouse is cozy and really clean. Bed was comfortable enough and bathroom good size. Rooms 4 and 5 share a common heating thermostat which is awkward, but the neighbors were friendly and we agreed on a setting. Breakfast is in the bottom floor of the barn behind the marketplace shop. It was delicious.

The bed was comfy, the breakfasts were wonderful! I stayed in the Farmhouse, so had a full kitchen to use. Sat every evening on the covered porch while the sun went down - so incredibly relaxing. Plenty of hiking options. Very friendly family. Beautiful surroundings. I went to have a quiet week to unplug and couldn't have had a better time! Will definitely book again!

This was our 16th year visiting Frosty Hollow. 16 years speaks volumes by itself. The B&B is a diamond in the rough and we are so glad we found it. We have introduced several other couples to the experience and most have been returning at least 10 years. This year we enjoyed riding our e-bikes on the Pine Creek Rail Trail.

Excellent experience with Frosty Hollow! We had a last minute addition to our party and they were able to accommodate our changes just a week before our trip. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. The Little Dipper Lodge was great for our family - the kids loved the bunk room on the lower level, as well as the game room! Stargazing from the back porch was also a great experience! Highly recommend!
