The hotel is very small , I should have realised by the name boutique, the beds were comfortable but bedding really needs upgrading . The showers were great , and rooms were cleaned every day with clean towels supplied. The hotel is in the town itself but if you want early quiet nights this hotel is not for you , there is a Gin bar very close on the next corner and can be very noisy. The breakfasts were nice and there was plenty to choose from , but if you like a cuppa I recommend you take your own tea bags . Zell am see itself is beautiful and couldn’t fault it lots of walks , and a lovely lake .

Stayed here for a week in Feb ‘ 23 . Booked with Crystal on half board . Accommodation was excellent, we had two suites. Breakfast and evening meals were served at the sister hotel next door , and we found all food to be of good standard, and plenty of choice . All staff were very friendly. Great location, 5 minutes walk to main ski lift and bus terminus .

This is a fantastic hotel, with a modern apartment feel to it. Everything feels solid and relatively new. It's warm, very comfortable and you couldn't be located any more centrally within Zell itself. We ate out every night and didn't have to venture more than 100 yards to each of the excellent restaurants we visited. The bus to the TransXpress lift is 2 - 3 minutes by foot away, with the CityXpress being less than 5. The breakfast is excellent, with loads of variety and options for omelettes and fried eggs, plus lots of fruit, cold meats, and cereal. The bar is very comfortable, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay. Clearly, we were very unlucky with some of the other guests staying in the hotel as on 3 separate occasions at 1am, 2am and 4am we were woken by inconsiderate, selfish a-holes shouting from the lobby (actually shouting wake up!!), playing music on a phone while going to their room and generally making far more noise than they should have. This is the only stain on our visit and it's nothing to do with the hotel. We'll more than likely be back again next year.

We arrived at 10.30am and our room was ready which was amazing after a 6am Heathrow flight . The staff are soo friendly and helpful and go the extra mile . They made us feel special the whole time we were there (12 glorious days ) The location is perfect a 2 minute walk to the Gondola to get on the slopes and a 30 second walk to the quaint beautiful streets of Zell Am See , the lake , restaurants and bars .

Great hotel, fabulous staff, wonderful food and in the centre of the resort. The Two Timez is a modern attractive and high quality hotel. It is next door to the Hotel Heizmann where bed and breakfast / evening meals are served The hotel is ideally located a couple of minutes walk to the 71 bus that takes you to the city express and the ski schools. Buses fees are included with lift passes. The rooms are really spacious, clean and modern. The food is great and breakfasts include omelets' and fried eggs pls bacon, sausages to order plus usual breads, meats, yoghurts etc. Always 3 choices for evening meals that were excellent The hotel has a family feel and the staff and management are so helpful and go out of their way to make your holiday memorable. We will definitely return,

The hotel rooms are fabulous, spacious and modern, staff are nothing but helpful and friendly. The breakfast had good choice. Evening meals were lovely and plenty of choice. Only one reason I wouldn’t stay again was the lack of sleep from constant noise out side. Every night from 1am it was either delivery trucks! Snow ploughs or bin collection all out of the hotel’s control.

We stayed 4 nights here, skiing with friends (4 couples) Rudy was really helpful in sorting out accommodation for us last minute. When we arrived he greeted us and personally took my husband to the garage the hotel use for parking( there is an extra charge for this) . The garage is only round the corner and easily walkable . The check in is at the Hotel Heitzmann, when booking we were concerned about not staying in the same building that breakfast and dinner were served. On arrival we realised our worries were unfounded as the two properties are only steps away from each other. The decor in both properties is modern and very stylish. All our suites were amazing, huge spaces with separate living area and lovely bathrooms. The bar area in the hotel heitzmann is the perfect place for drinks before dinner and the breakfasts and dinners are excellent. The hotel is family run and all the staff they choose to employ are excellent , everyone we encountered were so friendly and helpful. We bought our ski lift passes at the hotel reception and could walk to the ski lift or ski bus stop for other areas in an easy 5-10 minutes. The hotel is also right in the centre of the beautiful town of Zell am see. There is nothing I can think of that I can fault at all apart from I want to book to return this New Year but they are only taking bookings for a minimum of a week and I want to go for 4 nights!

Family of five (all adults) This is annex to main hotel just metres step from dining, bar, sauna facilities. Modern, spotlessly clean rooms and helpful and friendly staff. Good choice at breakfast with hot options and very tasty five course dinner ( choose menu from choice of three options at breakfast) Beds comfortable, kettle and fridge very handy( supermarkets close) just 4 mins from City Express Gondola, 4 mins from stunning lake and easy, flat hiking trails. Fresh towels everyday. Super hot, power shower. Didn’t try sauna. Two lounge/ seating areas at entrance used by young families in evening or main hotel bar. Persian blinds block out street light and most noise but we were at front and disturbed by couple of thoughtless drunks at night. Music from apres-ski bar opposite was not a problem as music stops at reasonable hour and we enjoyed using it! Try and get room at back of hotel.

Very disappointed. No honesty or hospitality. Hotel tried to switch me to a inferior room in Hotel Heitzmann instead the hotel I booked in with no AC. I Insisted that the room I booked did not match until I presented my reservation. After arguing for 30 mins finally they agreed to put me in same room category. House keeping enters the room to clean at 10:30am even when sign do not disturb is there. She entered the room without knocking and I was naked. Very embarrassing for both of us. Requests the car back which took 40 mins with rental car key chain broken. Disappointing experience for the price I paid which is 300 euro per night for 3 nights.
