Casas de Soleil is a 3 acre property with four different homes privately positioned within the tropical gardens on the property. Our property is private and quiet, but a short walk to the town center and equally easy walk to the beach. We offer luxury homes to fit the needs of your vacation group. Our 24 hour staff is here to assist you. Rest assured when you show up to Casas de Soleil, everything will be perfect for your vacation.
My wife and I stayed in the Romantica for a week. It's one of the cleanest and nicest places we have ever stayed. The property is well maintained and exquisite. Soraya and her staff goes above and beyond for you to have a wonderful and relaxing time during your stay. We highly recommend staying here. Do it. You will not be disappointed!

We went with a large group and rented all four of the Casas. This place is gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice. The grounds are beautifully maintained and each of the Casas are super clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The housekeeping and cleaning services are outstanding and helped keep our large group from making too much of a mess. The pools are great (small to medium sized but great hang out spots) and the views from the upper house (Mirador) are stunning. The help and service provided by the owner is outstanding - she provided so much help in both planning our trip and answering all our questions on a daily basis. Five stars all around for the casas, the staff and management. We will definitely return.

We stayed 8 days in this unique place. The scenery in the middle of the jungle is a big highlight. The houses have a lot of privacy are big, with very comfortable set up (great kitchen, dinning space, etc.). Having said this Soraya, the owner, makes everything in her power to make your stay unforgettable. She helped us in many different instances that made our trip a great experience. If you are long to party this is not the place place, great for couples and families.

We spent 3 fabulous nights here in a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath with a full kitchen, living room, balcony and also covered terrace. It is off the busy main road and steps to many of the great restaurants . You can just cross the street and walk down a path to the beach. The house is SPOTLESS. Bedrooms have AC. Plenty of hot water. The decoration is very tasteful and our bed was bigger than a king, super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we come back here! It’s such a gorgeous area

Stayed in casa romantically, family of 4. Villa was extremely spacious and wonderfully kept. Soroya was so helpful and even arranged ATV tour with her daughter which was great. Loved Santa Teresa and would highly recommend accommodation and town.

Beautiful accommodation, perfect location, attentive staff. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend. Nice place to lounge in a hammock and listen to the birds. Close (walkable) location to restaurants, surf shops and the beach.

We loved our time at Casas de Soleil! The beautifully kept property is situated just 50m off the main street in playa Carmen and less than 5 mins to the beach. Each casa is unique and so well maintained. The entire staff is lovely and willing to help anytime. Pool on-site is a nice feature too! Would absolutely recommend!

We had THE time in Casas de Soleil. It's hard to put to words such an amazing time we had staying in Casas. We stayed in Casa Hemingway where we would wake up to the howl of the monkeys just a few meters above our heads on the threes that surround the house. The garden and the vegetation is beautifully taken care of. We saw also white-faced monkey, toucans; in the terrace of the house and in the pool area. We are infinitely grateful to Soraya and her hospitality, also to the staff, Coqui and the people looking after our well-being.

We stayed in both the Casa Grande and Casa Romantica and saw inside the Hemingway. All the houses are beautifully done with great attention to detail and very thoughtful touches, like a beach umbrella! The photos really don’t do justice to the quality of the build and furnishings. We met a lovely family here who come every year and we would too if it was closer to the UK. All the staff are so sweet, and the gardens a delight. Soraya who owns the property could not be more helpful, even lending me some beach clothes! If you are thinking about booking just do it!

I live in Costa Rica and am a frequent guest of Casas de Soleil. Over the years, I have managed to stay in each and every one of the 4 beautiful villas on the grounds. Each villa has a unique charm and all are different. From the teak laden craftsman style construction with tasteful decor to the thoughtful little details (they provide 3 different ways to make coffee) and personalized service, it is a true pleasure to spend time at the property. Although it is situated within walking distance to town, it feels like a serene mountain paradise with tall trees and well maintained grounds. Casa Mirador is the crown jewel of the property. It is perched on the hill at the hight of the canopy and offers spectacular ocean views just steps from town. The proximity of the property to town with such amazing views is truly a unique combination in the area. Most view locations require a 4x4. Mirador, on the other hand is just across the road from the beach. It works perfect for surfers, families and groups as it offers the flexibility and independence to go at your own pace. If you are looking for a magical place to experience the Pura Vida of Costa Rica, you have to visit this beautiful property.…
