So much wrong. The first room we were offered was so small that you couldn't get out of bed on one side. Room cleaning does not start until 2pm so rest after lunch was out of the question. There was a half finished bottle of wine on our balcony. We put our valuables in the safe and then it would not open. The reason? The battery was flat. The food was OK but most of the wine list was not available. The waiter told us "a bug group drank it all". It would have made a good comedy sketch! Sovata is beautiful and we will return but not to this hotel.

The room was small, without a hanger, just a tiny closet, no balcony, no makeup table with a mirror, a bathroom glass door that doesn't close hermetically, with a finger of space all around.... (Congratulations to the architect and designer who did a terrible job) When we arrived in the room, the small towels for the face and the one for the feet were missing... we had to ask from the reception... the same with the robes, …especially when there is a SPA & pool…. The cleaning was far below expectations... I found a "little souvenir" on the table next to the bed, because they don't have bedside tables, namely a beautiful "bouquet of cut nails"... Bleah, ... what a cleaning was done… I don't even want to think about it.... At the entrance, they don't have a ramp for luggage/trolleys, they don't have anyone to help you with your luggage... I wonder if people in wheelchairs are "allowed" in this hotel, because they don't have an access ramp for them either... At the restaurant, with except for the breakfast, which was good, but not brilliant and especially not "fabulous" as they self-assess, we ate only once and then avoided it. When you ask for beef soup with lovage from their menu and you receive a plate with horseradish juice, frozen vegetables in the soup and dried lovage from the envelope, in the area where you could very well turn to local producers.... what can you say?!?!?!?! Positive points: the blonde lady at the reception who tried to "wash away the sins" of the bad services and the lady with short hair from the SPA (the rest … they have sour faces and if you ask for something that you should have because you paid for that something, they talk in a bad way, in the hallway there was a a man and a woman from maintenance I think, who don't know what their job was but to grope and bruise themselves) . The boys who served breakfast were kind and jumpy, as well as the girls from Nepal at the SPA.

The hotel is new and has modern architecture including furnishings. Parking is available on site, however, limited. We stayed four nights and overall were satisfied. The food was plentiful, good variety but average, both the breakfast and the dinner. Our server, Bhakta, was exceptional, very professional and helpful. There is room for improvement in a few regards: - The room needs more cleaning attention. - The pool area has no rules or regulations regarding children access. There were small children with dipers (!) in the adult pool which we found totally unacceptable and therefore we did not use it. - Overall, the hotel is overpriced for what it has to offer.

I have experienced a good service in all the parts of the hotel: reception, spa, restaurant. The room was splendid, with modern architecture, modern furniture, good taste, modern bathroom, large terrace. the hotel is located on the slope of a mountain, among the trees of a forest, close to the main points of contact of the Sovata Baths. I liked the location of the hotel, the architecture, the arrangement of the room and the terrace the most. I also liked the rich, diverse breakfast. The carpet in the hallways was thick and soft, the shoes were sinking into it. The pleasant aroma of a perfume can be felt in the hotel lobbies I recommend a more careful organization of the menu at the restaurant. It is definitely the best hotel in Sovata and probably one of the best hotels in the country.

We visited Fabesca early January 2022 and the location has potential but we were highly disappointed by the services. Rooms were not cleaned properly, stains on pillow and bathroom had "memories" of previous guests. In the shower cabin we even found packaging of cosmetics that have not been thrown away by cleaning team. The pool is not very large and around it there is a lot of water which is not cleaned, making the surface slippery. Kids are allowed to jump in the water and splash everyone around. Saunas are very small and one of them was not functional. Food at the restaurant is average and we ordered a Rib Eye that was served cold. Breakfast was also average. If you wake up early you find a larger variety of food. If you come later, then they do not replenish the buffet. In regards to hygiene during Covid, I wish you good luck! Cause even though you sign a paper that you agree to wear masks in common areas, no one does that. Not even the personnel. Imagine how everyone is sneezing, not wearing a mask and touching everything with their hands at the breakfast buffet. The personnel act like everything was normal. One good thing: the massage. The gentleman there is a pro. But the price is very high: 300 lei per massage. All my complaints and suggestions for improvement with photos and proof have been presented to the manager. She apologised because this was due to the busy period they had before our arrival and we were offered a discount to compensate for the inconvenience: 80 lei. I believe that is not an unfortunate even but rather the standard of this hotel. Too bad. Not recommended.

very small room, unprepared reception staff, very crowded pool and many children, very few facilities, in the bathroom you can't find any hotel kit (shower gel, hair helmet, conditioner, dental kit) instead the rate and the requirements of the hotel are very high, for a room of maximum 20 sqm including the bathroom you can not 170€/ night

I stayed for 4 nights with my partner in a superior room. The overall vibe is elegant and sophisticated, relatively expensive furnishings, however the attention for detail is subpar. Cleanliness is 3* at best, fortunately everything is new. The parking is not finished and inaccessible with a luxury car (except 4x4). Definitely not worth the money.

Very nice place, modern looks , large rooms. The swimming pool was nice . We booked from Thursday until Saturday and we were very pleased to have a la cart meniu included for dinner during the week. But for the weekend was buffet and that wasn't impressive.

Awesome place with awesome people. We've had a great 5nights stay and enjoyed every minute of it. It was clean, modern, the people very helpful and the room and spa conditions above our expectations. We're gonna return for sure and bring our kids too.
