My husband and I came across this restaurant when we cur through an enclosed area on our way to an attraction. We stopped to look at the menu outside as built up quite an appetite and time to get out of the drizzle We decided...on the 3 course set menu and a couple of beers. Only a few tables occupied however nearly full time we left. We do prefer traditional restaurants/ food when visiting countries and this did not disappoint. Good food, service and priceMore

On solo travel and felt like some traditional Hungarian cuisine. I walked up Gozsdu udvar looking for a place that could accommodate that and Hollo 10 had a special menu for Goulash, Chicken Paprika’s and Cheesecake. Paprika’s is my favourite Hungarian dish and although I...have eaten better all the dishes were very good. All washed down with a delicious red and my dinner was done, very enjoyable. The service was wonderful, staff attentive and cheerful.More

We found this place with good service and good food, we recommend the wienershnitzel and the the ribeiy steak, both dishes were very well prepared. Nl komplains at all. Service also very friendly and humble. The restaurant is situated in a big food court, with...many alternatives, we made the right choice.More

I’m not normally fussy I believe; I’ve been to many food places, some really good and some just average - but I have never been this compelled to discourage others from frequenting somewhere. I should have checked but didn’t check before which I regret. Please...don’t make the same mistake! My quick summary...I ordered a starter and main. My wife ordered just a main. When my starter arrived with my wife’s main, I was a little surprised but nevertheless allowed my British politeness to leave it unchallenged. I’d been asked twice about my main, so I assumed the two being served together to be about not allowing my wife to watch me eat. I ate the functional bowl of veg soup and then watched my wife finish off her “wiener schnitzel”. She thought it fine. I’d long given up my main when my wife called over to the waitress to ask for progress. Positively the waitress asserted “is was on its way”. It wasn’t. A while later (and I mean a while) my “pork medallions” was presented with a false smile and an insincere “Bon appetite”. So it was, the cold round sliced potatoes chips in a bed of ratatouille (boiled onions and tomatoes) was in front of me...the chips were probably made much earlier - I’m hoping not at lunch. It had been the best part of an hour later and I was irritate, frustrated and unimpressed. It was all now quite frankly unwelcome. I ate the pork, but left most of the rest. Nothing quite as unappetising as poor service. Eventually the waitress came to pick up the plate. She asked “how lovely was it?”(or something equally as cynically) but I had her covered with an Equally insincere “can I have the bill please?”. Unsurprising it arrived promptly. My advice to the restaurant is; 1. Get more staff to service what looks a busy place; preferably employ people that enjoy engaging with customers. 2. Understand the sequencing of food; That involves a starter, then mains and finally (if anyone last that long) desert. 3. Sort. It. Out.More

I have been to Budapest several times but never tried here. We tried this the first night and decided to visit again on our last night. Service was great all servers were polite and couldn’t do enough to make sure you had a great meal...Food was outstanding. We had the goulash, pork with gypsy potatoes, fried catfish and beef stew. All authentic, tasty and definitely worth 5* We will be back when we visit in DecemberMore

This restaurant stays at the border og the Gozsdu, and it is a little treasure in it. Prices are reasonable, the restaurant has is its own atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The duck liver is amazing, beef is very tasty as...well. The apetizers are simply hungarian style. If you would like to eat hungarian style gourmet food in a little bit different way. It is definitely worth a try.More

Thanks for your respond, it's important for us. Did you tell to the staff these things? Because we can fix this problems easily if you ask it in that time. Unfortunatly, Almost every restaurant charges the service fee.

Dear Antoniol Unfortunatly our Menu doesn't contains beef fillet, only steaks. We always order our cheese collection, but not from the Spar. Maybe that was the reason, why you couldn't be well with the waiter. Holló team
