This review is for the Huancayo location. If you've been to buffets before, you know what to expect. Rice, pasta, bread, potatoes, and maybe some meat dishes. Here is no different. Simply put, it's just not worth the money. Most restaurants in the neighbourhood offer...a full lunch menu (starter, main, drink, dessert) for a third of the price, and will be much higher quality. So the food... aside from the overcooked and dried out starches, they had a chicken in cream sauce (aji de gallina?) that was very tasty, some hunks of beef that were salty and chewy, and some ok rice pudding. I can't understand how locals can pay so much for this when there are so many better options out there. The staff were friendly at least, and the decor had some character.More

Great peruvian food, both in quality and quantity. Andean dishes are the best, and those peruvian herbs infusions simply awesome.

If you're visiting as a tourist and want a truly authentic lunch/dinner, head over to this place. You really have to look for it (it's storefront is hard to find, and you have to walk upstairs). But once inside, you find a good (but not...overly large) selection of meats, vegetables, and grains. All-you-can-eat, for a very reasonable price. When I return to Lima, I'll probably stop by again for lunch.More

Homemade Peruvian food at it's best. The place was filled with local peruvians on their lunch break. The food is served buffet style. There are several appetizer, lots of main dishes and a few desserts to choose from. The service was good.

Very nice local restaurant with authentic food. Excellent service and very clean. So many choices and all so good. Come with an appetite and time for a nap afterwards.

Kasamama is a great place for lunch. There was about 4 type of appetizer and 10+ main dishes to choose from and all are homecooking. It included the most typical Peruvian local dishes and so it was great for trying out the different varieties. Best...part was we were the only tourist there and all other tables were locals. Loved it.More
