50mts from the main plaza, but with no terrace (other places have a terrace which might be nice to enjoy in the summer)
Doesn't close at midday, while others will close after 15hrs to reopen inly at night.
Parking is challenging in the whole town...but it's worth going up until the castle, if you are lucky you will save time/energy.
Be patient if you go the weekend, waiting 1 hr is standard, other wise reserve but still expect delays.
The restaurant is very classical and traditional; expect the typical dishes from the region of Castilla made on their own rusyic wood oven: cochinillo (pig), cordero asado (lamb) and chuletillas (lamb), judiones blancos (huge white beans)....
The food was a three and the service a five, they gave us a discount for the long wait, brought some extra food for free, delivered extra drinks and shared nice stories about the place and the food (all in Spanish of course)
The place has a menu (1st dish+2nd dish+dessert+drinks) for a special priceMore
